Good customer service as always. However this time I was a bit disappointed. I purchased 3 tins of loose leaf tea and asked a girl at cashier if I could get 2 small bags as they are gifts. She gave me 2 small bags but didn’t tell me they actually costed 1 dollar each and I only found out when I saw receipt at home. I was surprised that they charged for normal shopping bag, moreover I actually purchased multiple items so I think it’s fair to ask some extra bags. Little unfortunate.

The smells emanating from this store will lure you in and you can happily spend houra sniffing and tasting all the amazing varieties of tea available

Late review, but I was served by Merryn about a month ago here and she was so delightful! She has the best customer service and deserves a promotion!

Very good and unique variety of teas and I love how there is a tea tasting section. One of my favourite stores.

Very helpful staff! I went in looking for a specific tea from a different tea place that doesn't have a store in Melbourne. Jordan was super helpful, he suggested a couple of good teas I could get that together would hopefully be similar, which I never would have found myself. He then gave me a sample to test first so I could be sure it would taste how I wanred, instead of being pushy which would have been off-putting.

Looking forward to trying it, and ended up buying different tea while I was there in the meantime as I was so impressed with his help. Thanks!

I’m secretly addicted to the T2 Chai. Got a beautiful diffuser mug to enjoy it with. Staff very helpful and store clean and tidyz

Do not buy vouchers from t2! I was gifted an $80 voucher by my aunt just before I went overseas for 8 months. The voucher was unfortunately lost but I had the receipt as proof of purchase. I went into t2's shopfront who advised me to contact t2 online. I sent t2 a facebook message which was viewed on 22 January but never responded to. I think that it is outrageous that t2 would take such a windfall gain to the detriment of a customer. It is unfair and a total failure of customer service. Be wary of buying vouchers generally - they're a boon for businesses. And be aware that t2 is just a business, a business that does not care about their customers.

Range is fantastic but prices can be high.

The store always looks amazing with its fresh displays, and the staff are all really chill & helpful. They are happy even if you just wanted to try out some of the sample teas, and don't push you to make a decision!

I experienced an exceptional customer service in this store by a lady with blonde hairs. I was bit confused by selecting between two different verities of green tea. She brewed both verities to help me out.

This branch of T2 is amazing. The people who work here are so kind and helpful! It is always a pleasure to explore their selection and get great advice. I've visited many other branches, but this one is consistently awesome! Thank you!

Lovely helpful staff that kept asking if I needed any help. Apart from that it was a typical T2 with tasty tasty tea!

In my opinion they have some of the best tea you can buy anywhere in the world unless you go to the source. I am still having them ship me tea to the U. S.because their Grand Yunnan is better than anything I have found for the price. TWG has Golden Needle that is very close but it is also 50% more expensive. The shipping from T2Tea is quite expensive so there is a chance with the shipping price, they would be a lot closer in price.
If I ever visit Melbourne again, I would definitely return.
