Store is beautifully decorated and the Caucasian lady was really helpful. She wrapped the items for me and would revisit if I have the chance to. She was also helpful to recommend the tea that I was looking for as a gift. Thank you!

Zachary It's the worst service staff I've ever seen. He said he was manager, and his attitude was really bad. I went to pick up my order at noon on the 3.7 th. I bought $633 of goods, 38 cups. Because of the need for gifts, I like him to ask for 10 bags. He said it needed $1 for one bag, but the store always gave it to us for free before. I want to know why? At this time, I told him that if I didn't have a bag, I would like to refund it. He said that I can't refund it! This is illegal in Australia because my receipt is in and the goods are in the store! I have recorded these! When I ordered in the evening of 3.6, the staff said that they could help us move to the car when we came to pick it up the next day, but when we went to pick it up the next day, Zachary said that he would not help us because he was the only one in the store, but there was another female employee at that time! This female employee also has a very bad attitude! It's better to feed the dog than to give it to you! Never come again! Get rid of them quickly!

Organised a T2 click and collect with gift wrapping through the website, fantastic service and process. Pick up was easy at the melb central store, however, I was completely embarrassed when the gift was unwrapped and the box of tea was ripped and damaged. I will never again trust a T2 sales person to fulfil a gift order.

A small box of tea should not cost twenty dollars and an intelligent person should not pay twenty dollars, on principle.
McIver's in Brunswick / Vic Markets is five times cheaper, product is fresh, and they do not employ high-pressure sales tactics.

T2 knows the right person to represent themselves at the forefront.

Julia was amazing. I had a click and collect order to pick-up. For a glitch it was not appearing on the system. She called 2 stores and customer service to solve the matter. It shows her dedication to support a customer.

She can be an excellent addition to any organisation.

I didn't catch the girls name who served me but the short black haired girl is the best! Gave me some great tips on how to mix up the most delicious teas for summer. Thank you!

Great teas! Be careful to read the labels *extra carefully* or do some research when you buy a tea as some ingredients are less obvious than others. They do not return or exchange teas from the moment you make the transaction (despite most food retailers accepting closed, fully packaged goods for exchange, T2 does not participate in the common practise). Overall a decent store and friendly service!

Best to purchase online, considering that they want you to purchase a bag for $1 after buying 2x big tea canisters. Come on, that's just gross - where is the customer service?

Staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My mum loved the Japanese tea they recommended her and it's now her favourite tea!

Was served by Ursula, sorry if I spelt her name wrong, but she delivered absolutely amazing customer service and was incredibly kind! Some of the best interactions I’ve had with an employee, had never been to a T2 before, but thanks to her I will definitely come back!

Very attractively organised store. Clean and well stocked. Friendly, efficient checkout staff. Not too crowded, considering it was two days before Christmas.

I love getting the cold teas. Packs a peach and strawberry fields flavours. Great for when you're shopping around Melbourne and you need a cool refreshing drink.

I was rushing to buy a present and had absolutely no idea what to get because it was first time I was at T2. Geordie made the life a lot easier by helping me through all the gift options within my price range, he even went through combinations of products that go well together. He was willing to answer all my questions about gifts. Even rest of the staff I encountered during my visit were absolutely amazing!

Great range of tea, with friendly service. Some of the range is out of reach for shorter people but the staff are happy to help. It can get very crowded as it is a small store so be aware of busy times.
