Great store with friendly staff. It's good to have such variety of goods and being able to shop locally.
Excellent Service and respectful people who run the business, always go out of their way to help and have quality products across their extensive range of goods.
Typical old fashioned country hardware store. I do have negatives. If you purchase a faulty product they will not allow returns or exchange, even if you bought the same day, they force you back to manufacturer. This has happened twice, and I'd now rather go elsewhere where they warrant the product. That said, everything else ok.
Good stuff and always helpful for your needs of timber at a wide range of sizes and types come on down and I'm sure you'll be happy with the survice and people who work there.
I've been there a few times now, and it all depends on who serves you. There are some grumpy staff members who have a very unwelcoming attitude, along with '. Just go to buntings mate' as they are woefully understocked as a hardware store. Having said that there are a handful of good service staff. However they didn't deserve the award, definitely some insider trading going on.
Everyone I've spoken to is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their like a big family. I'm from Melbourne and use usually shop in the big hardware stores but this one has everything we need. I've been there about six times now and love their friendly approach. They even come to you to see if you need any help. Very IMPRESSED!
Have everything you need always and the staff are fantastic. Huge variety and good prices for a regional store. Highly recommended for any tradie or DIY person.
