Great staff and service at the power equipment section.

Had a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member give me a very unbiased rundown on the product I ended up buying.

Indescribably helpful & committed team every single time i’ve been there in last 4 weeks. I’m a “clueless renovator” with not a Trady bone in my body. I’m also a big poof & there’s not a homophobic bone in any of the Team - bless ‘em. 1 of my bathrooms got “jooshed” for $200 over 3 days because of the superb advice the young woman in the paint team gave me. Today I got to buy 2 excellent ceramic toilets that will sit fully against the wall (no back breaking cleaning) for $195 each! I can walk in there & say “I have no idea what I’m doing” & I always get the help I need. The STAFF here are what makes this place SUPERB

Went to the ladies workshop night was awesome. 7 workshops and dinner and more all free learnt alot thank you so much!

A bit of a struggle with this covid.how many more things do they want for 77 year olds to know all this digital just making it harder not to be ones self.

These guys are always helpful. We've worked with them for years and will continue to work with them in the future! They know the products back to front and can always recommend the best thing for the job, if you need it.

Customer service before you get to the door with great selection of plants and seating pleasant entry staff smiling ready to assist.l said l needed a mask shield and helmet to protect me whilst Mowing. Certainly this way please straight away he opened the box and sale transaction as it was added to my Customer card

Great hardware store with a fantastic variety, budget price goods to top quality goods if your after that quick fix or if you can afford to pay that little bit extra they have the better quality goods.

Great hardware store and garden accessories, plants, mulch etc in other words what they don't have is more the question.

Great country hardware store with helpful friendly staff. And a fabulous little garden centre, great mix of different plants and pots.large range of indoor plants

Always a great place to buy anything you need for the home or tradesman.
Screws, nuts, bolts, paint, batteries, globes, in fact to much to mention.plants etc. It's all there folks.
The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
You can not go wrong here.

We went to buy some tools here, asked if they could match a competitor & the reponse we got- No way. We went to total tools and saved coin $$

I've been there a few times now, and it all depends on who serves you. There are some grumpy staff members who have a very unwelcoming attitude, along with '. Just go to bunnnings mate' as they are woefully understocked as a hardware store. Having said that there are a handful of good service staff. However they didn't deserve the award, definitely some insider trading going on.

They are great found what I was looking for very easy. The staff helped carry the goods to my car. 10 out of 10 in my books.

Pretty helpful staff and often cheaper than Bunnings (pays to check prices) great range for a regional store.

Rude staff, the owner/manager in particular. If you have a problem with something you have purchased from them, they basically don't want to hear about it. For this I will never shop here again.
