The servers are fast, plans are flexible and customisation, the service has been brilliant and the migration process has gone through without a hitch. The difference between Synergy and our previous domain registrar is like night and day (their domain pricing is also quite good as well).

The server pricing is more than reasonable for what you're getting and the performance it brings. It's worked out on a 'per cPanel account' basis - with specific per account depending on what package (that you configure) you put each account on. Packages can be adjusted based on space, CPU and Memory, similar to how you'd normally order a VPS, and you can have as many packages as you want.

If you offer 3 hosting plans to clients, you create 3 corresponding packages in the Synergy dashboard, configure the WHMCS integration module accordingly, and each hosting account you create in WHMCS automatically creates a corresponding account in Synergy on that package you've configured (assuming that's how you roll - but you can create things directly within Synergy if you don't use WHMCS).

The whole process has been a breeze and I couldn't be happier.: -D

Oh, and as for the $99 setup fee - if you transfer over '100 services' (which includes domains) within the first 30 days, it is refunded to you. Assuming you look after a decent number of.au domains for your clients (which can be transferred for free), this is incredibly easy to achieve.
