Sydenham Road Early Learning Centre

My son at the end of last year changed centres and he was settled in really well by the educator Karen, she really helped him make friends and feel included. She helped him settle in and until now she has really been supportive and focuses on his educational needs to grow and succeed. She has been reporting back to me about any issues that arise. I’m truly grateful he has a wonderful kinder teacher as there aren’t many good ones around! The centre is big and plenty of space for kids to play.

My son is currently in Pink room.
The team are wonderful with my son and he asks each morning if he is going to see them that day.
Drop off with Kristy/ Sarah or Amy goes so smoothly. My son happily waves goodbye as he goes off into their care.
He comes home talking about all the wonderful things he has done each day.
They are amazing!

Our son started off in the Nursery Room last year and we couldn't be more happier! The educators are amazing and the growth we have seen since he started has been astonishing! He has recently moved up into the next room (green room) and they have gone out of their way to settle him. Great job educators at Guardian Sydenham!

Such an amazing place, my son enjoys learning while playing. He learnt and developed so much this year in Kinder/ Orange Room thanks to the wonderful educators who are so loving and caring

The educators at sydenham road are loving, caring and very friendly I have sent both my children to this centre, and the staff in the aqua room and babies room have gone above and beyond for my children, my children look forward to going to care and seeing their friends and educators, both my children have formed trusting relationships with their educators which makes me happy knowing there safe, cared and loved.highly recommend this centre.

Both my daughters love to come here. Karen, Amrit and Aaron welcome my children with respect, love and a big smile on their faces everyday.

This childcare centre is hands down best of the best! All the educators take their time with each child and treat the children as their own. My son loves going and has taken a liking to Kristy and Sarah from the pink room. Thank you girls for always providing my baby with all your care and love. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a professional and caring environment for their child.

My son loves going to this centre. He looks forward to seeing his educators and friends every week. He has a bond with his educators and I always feel confident he will have a great day.
The educators work hard to provide valuable learning experiences and their rooms are set up beautifully. He enjoys the food and eats more than he would at home. We have noticed his language development has improved when he began his time at this centre.

What a fabulous group of caring educators in the entire centre but specifically in the orange room, my son Lennox has been attending this centre since he was 11 months the support and investment by the educators has been amazing and I can’t thank everyone enough!

Words cannot explain how grateful I am for the educators at Guardian Sydenham!
I was apprehensive at first leaving my (first) son at 6 months of age but the educators in the nursery room were amazing and put me at ease. They went above and beyond for him and he is always so happy when I pick him up.
All the educators we come across during drop off and pick up times know him by name which makes it such a welcoming and inviting experiences.
Management is great, they really take the time to make you feel welcomed and are always available if you have any questions.
This was the only centre in the area I felt truly comfortable with caring for my son!

This childcare centre is fantastic! My 2 daughters have been in this centre for about a year now and they are learning a lot and thriving. I highly commend the centre manager and the educators for postering a warm, caring atmosphere. The centre is clean and well maintained and staff are very organised. There is plenty of space where kids can play around and there is just so much things for kids to explore. I like how the educators train the kids on how to be responsible about themselves and make good choices. My kids love going here and they absolutely adore their carers. I can see that my kids feel loved by their carers. Kudos to all staff in this centre! My familly appreciates all your hardwork.

My daughter had been going to this child care for three and half years everything was going good before. But since the last six months I am receiving low fees on the account statement and they are taking more amount from my bank account. I tried to ask the manager lots of time to explain to me about what is going on but they are not doing it. I am very disappointed and looking for another childcare to move my daughter.

My baby is attending this childcare from last 8 months and experience has been brilliant so far! This center is very big with plenty of space for children. They also conduct regular extracurricular activities that helps in development of children. Free sessions for parents are also organized which helps in improving our parenting skills.

Center manager, Parvinder, is very polite, understanding and has plenty of experience in dealing with children. This helps her in leading the way.

Educators are well experienced too. So far we have dealt with Grace & Anu, and both of them are fantastic! Baby is always happy under their supervision. I also like the way they carefully log children’s activities for a given day. Very minor improvement point is they should daily upload a given children’s activities in storypark as this gives comfort to parents.

Overall, this is a great childcare facility and I am happy to recommend them!

My daughter has started this centre as the last one had closed down, The centre is very nice and big with beautiful different classrooms and activities for children to do. I did find one problem which was finding the actual centre, it is kind of hidden but if they market a bit more they will really benefit from it as this is a hidden gem. The centre has started to add more things such as equipment, toys and activity props, so far it is looking great and the centre manager Parminder is a lovely asset to the business with a charming personality. For now i have nothing bad to say but to say thank you to all the educators and team members for doing a great job. I will defiantly give feed back if required.

My daughter loves it here, I have nothing bad to say. Lovely And helpful staff, everyone is so involved and organised.

Would highly recommend the babies room for any mum returning to work with a small bub.

So far it has been an amazing experience for us parents and my 2 year old son. The staff are all very friendly and approachable from the front desk to all the rooms, everyone are always smiling and are all very involve with the kids. I highly recommend this place if you leave around the area. My son has learned so much from the centre, things we didn't think we can teach at home. AAA+

Great Centre! Clean, friendly, lots of activities for all the age range! Lauren, Danii, and the rest of the staff do a great job! (and the Chef is awesome too!)

My children have recently begun attending Sydenham Rd ELC and they haved settled in very quickly and love it here. The educators are wonderful with the children and have helped make the transition low stress for both myself and my kids. Keep up the good work.

This is the best child care centre in the west! Very organised and friendly staff. Love the way they communicate and keep me in the loop with what's going in. My child enjoys her time here very much. A great education framework in place as well for those of you who take that in consideration. Excellent hygiene and food standards. It's like a second home for my daughter which is really important for me!

My daughter has so much fun whilst she's at the centre. She eats food that she normally doesn't eat at home and is loved immensely by all the carers. It's reassuring to know that I can walk down the corridor and feel right at home. Like all kids she has her off days and today is one of them.
