Sydenham Road Early Learning Centre

Son has been with them for 2.5 years and he's flourishing. Feels like having a sleeper agent in the house, I'll say a random word and all of a sudden he's dancing and singing a song I've never seen or heard. Love it so much XD

I was lucky enough to have my daughter cared for by the staff at Guardian Childcare Sydenham. Not only did they care for my daughter, but they treated me as part of thier extended family. As a first time mum, they supported us both. We started there when my daughter was 5 months old until she left after Kindergarten. I never had to worry that my daughter wasn't getting proper care and love. We still now (2 years on), go and visit the educators, who always welcome us with open arms.

The staff are amazing, very caring and friendly. Always easy to deal with and to talk to. The centre is clean and filled with displays of art from the children which is always nice to see. Would recommend the centre to everyone. Also love the excursions and incursions they have for the children.

Fantastic educators that take an interest in my child’s learning and development. I can tell that each educator has made the effort to develop a bond with my child and that she feels connected to her educators.
Vera, Manisha & Aimee go above and beyond to ensure every child in their care get the attention and support they need and encourage each child’s individuality and interests.

Staff are wonderful and my 10 month old son adores them. I love getting daily posts in their storypark app that lets me see photos of all the activities he gets to do.

Excellent centre, lovely admin staff and great carers. We feel completely comfortable leaving our little one here and she absolutely loves going in to the genuinely nurturing environment. Our little one is in the Pink room and loves being cared for Kristy and Jess, absolutely excellent staff ️️️

Facilities are fantastic. Staff are friendly and and the activities they do with the kids are engaging and educational. Keep up the great work!

We honestly love this centre! I have been sending both kids since they were 6months old and it’s been close to 4 years, so I can defiantly say we have made some great relationships with the amazing carers. My little one is in Jess and Kristy’s room which she absolutely adores and my eldest is in the kinder room with Karen and Amrit which he speaks very highly of. If you’re a parent looking into this centre please don’t hesitate because I can guarantee you they’ll be in fantastic hands!

Our little one goes to Kinder here and we couldn’t be happier. Amazing centre! Clean and spacious. Every staff member is caring and courteous. Special mention for Karen, the kinder teacher. She is a fantastic educator with deep insight and passion into children’s needs and development. My daughter loves going there every single day!)

When choosing a childcare centre both myself and my husband were really drawn to this centre and I guess energy and the vibe we got didn't do us wrong in our decision.
The staff and management are all amazing they go above and beyond and my children really enjoy attending the centre.

As a first time mother and full time social worker, I can't rate this service more. I was looking for childcare in an emergency when my parent in law became ill. A lot of effort was made to find my daughter an available space. I was extreemly anxious leaving my baby, of 6 months, to return to work. I had heard many horror stories. Cary and Bianca have been extreemly supportive and reassuring. All the staff take pride in there roles as educational care givers. They treat my daughter with the care and attention that they would afford there own children. I am confident that she is learning via structured activities and is thriving. I love receiving a daily online report with photographs, providing additional reassurance during my working day. I can't thank the staff enough for providing my daughter with lots of stimulation, educational opportunities, care love and attention. You have been a huge support to the whole family during an extreemly challenging year. Thanks for being awsome. Xx

My daughter started in the blue room at the centre about 4 months ago, and had a lot of trouble settling in. The staff are so nurturing, understanding and kind and over the past 4 months she has come such a long way in settling and and constantly talks about how happy she is at daycare when she comes home! The fact the centre also offers different experiences for the kids such as a library and light room experience, along with lots of outdoor space and activities was a huge tick!

Kristy and the rest of pink room have been amazing with my daughter. She has had so many ups and downs, but the girls really know how to acknowledge what she needs and keep her on track.

I am so grateful for the care, love and understanding that the entire team at Guardian Sydenham has shown towards my daughters.

As a first time mom, I felt guilty enrolling my then 4 months old son in a childcare so that I can come back to work. Looking back, I realized that it's one of the best decision my husband and I made. Our son is nearly 8 months old now and we never had any problem. The educators and staff have always been wonderful! I can see how much they love and care for the children and families. They always ask for my consent first before introducing anything to my son especially food. I love how spacious the rooms are for it enables kids to move around and explore. Equipment and toys were always clean and well maintained. The centre follows government guidelines on preventing spread of virus. It also makes my husband and I feel happy and proud whenever they share photos of our son doing fun and educational activities through story park. Our son has definitely progressed well with the help of the educators and he seems very happy! All we have are just positive feedbacks for Guardian Childcare Sydenham and I am happy to recommend it to anyone.

The staff at the centre provide engaging and relevant experiences for all the children, while fostering caring relationships.

My son has been attending this Centre since he was in baby room but he has really started to grow in the orange room. Karen has always been caring and will always keeps me updated on how my son does. Keep up the awesome work

Our son has now been attending the centre for over a year and we couldn’t be happier. In the PINK room currently with Sarah, Kristy and Co. He has the best fun and runs into the centre each morning. Some days it is hard to get him to come home. They have been so helpful and flexible especially during the COVID-19 dramas. They also accommodated out daughter for her work experience at short notice which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

We are lucky to discover this amazing child care close to our home. The centre is spacious and well designed with plenty of resources for kids. It is extremely well organised and everything seems to flow with ease - day in and day out. Centre director Parminder and all the staff is always warm, smiling and relaxed. I hope they know how reassuring it is to parents:)

Educators like Chiranthi, Prathima, Karen and Jessica are simply wonderful. They genuinely care for the children and go the extra mile in making sure the kids are meeting their development goals. They raise any issues promptly and are sensitive to parents needs. Above all my daughter loves their company:). And talks fondly about them!
