If i could leave 0 stars i would…

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful.went to the desk at the front for help and both girls stared blankly at me until i prompted them to come help.only told me how sizes worked and didnt point me in any direction like i asked.wondered around the store aimlessly before asking someone else for help.again gave me the same blank look and gave no more than one or two word responses. Just didn’t want to do their job.customer service was appalling.don’t waste your time here.

I was returning some bathers and there was this lovely girl that helped me i think her name was erin.she was so sweet and polite and she made it an enjoyable experience:)

Gorgeous ladies there who are incredibly helpful, beautifully laid out store and very clean and tidy. Made trying on swimwear a delight instead of the usual horrible experience!

I very rarely leave reviews, but this needed one of its very own. Just finished shopping and by far the worst experience I have ever had, if only 0 stars was possible. I have shopped with Swimwear Galore many times, but never the Mentone store and I can now safely say I won't be returning. Staff were rude and extremely unhelpful, not willing to do their job at all and ignored customers who simply wanted to ask a question. It wasn't just me, there were multiple people getting the same terrible service. I understand it's a busy time of year, but surely a little bit of politeness wouldn't go astray. I have worked in retail, over the Christmas period and would never dream of acting the way the entire staff at this store acted. So dissapointing, after driving over an hour to this store.

My first time visiting this store. Everyone was super helpful and pleasant. I was very happy with the selection and my purchases. I deducted a star only because parking is difficult and limited.

Very helpful staff and with me being firm, the lovely lady bought the chlorine resistant swimwear.

The shop has a huge range of products for everyone and not just limited to swimwear. We found the staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us with the options and the selections.

Products were explained and the staff were very patient helping us try the swimwear on.

Fantastic customer service, took back faulty swimwear, smooth easy replacement of my goods. Very helpful people, will definitely be back, thanks heaps

They have a great selection, especially for larger sizes, and the staff are really sweet and helpful.

A very positive experience. Christy the sales assistant was amazing in helping me find a first time one piece. She was able to find the perfect styles for my body type and colours that suited me. I was after 2 but with her help and expertise I left with 5 and 2 hats. Thanks for all you help Christy, you're a super.

I came in here looking for a swimsuit for my vacation. I didn't know what I was looking for (they have so much range it can be overwhelming)

I got help from one of the staff members. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was fantastic showed me a few different styles to try on as a start. In the end I think I tried on 10-15 bikinis/one pieces before I settled on the one I purchased.

Thanks to them I am happy with my purchase and will be back.

I returned a swimsuit (worn twice), the armbands of which had scratched the skin on my outer chest to the point of raising painful welts. Briony handled the refund promptly and professionally. Briony and the other staff then assisted me to choose another swimsuit for lap swimming.
All the staff were professional, sensitive and caring to me and my somewhat awkward and voluptuous build.
I am very grateful for their care.

Not cheap, but worth it if you have special requirements and can't find what you want in department stores eg larger bust or post-mastectomy. The staff are friendly and helpful with selection and fitting.

Great range for the wife to choose from. But can I suggest you get some chairs to sit on. My wife was in there for about an hour and I got sore feet from standing for so long. Keep up the good work

Apart from the fact that MOST of the staff look the same (blonde with eyesight glasses), the store has a good selection.
