23 I have always had professional and honest service from this company. Have recommended them to others as well, who report exactly the same. Bags are better than available at most other stores.
I took a vintage bag in several months ago. Was not in any hurry to pick up as daughter was only going to put bag on display. The repairer said he would do it between other jobs. Leather was restored and inside cleaned and stains removed and rust removed. Picked it up last week. Leather repaired, Inside cleaned and the repairer came and advised how I could keep it up to scratch. Bag was over 60 years old and valuable in its current condition so he advised no further repair work should be done.was extremely happy with work that had been done.
Replaced 2 of my damaged baggage by Airlines, not much of a option given. Replacement bags are cheap Chinese made
Brought in a bag that was damaged by China Southern Airlines and within 5 minutes the folks at Sweeney found me a brand new bag with much better features and components than the one I brought in! Got to chatting with the employees and learned some great points of interest in Melbourne. Highly recommended, thanks guys!
