I am really impressed with the interior of this place. It's hard to find out whether you are under the open sky or not. Nice concept.

Would like to give 0 star for very poor service of venue booking for my family occasion. We have paid for all the services in advance and after 18 days we got to know that the restaurant owner booked the big function and cancelled our function without giving us any notice. This shows that how professional this restaurant would be. The only thing we will says Just stay away from this place.

The food was delicious, affordable and they gave a generous amount. Staff were very accommodating, very nice and helpful especially the owner!

Wish could do less than this rating. Worst restaurant and management. Booked in for my son’s first birthday for 100 people and paid advance on 21st February. I printed and sent the invitations to all guests and booked all the dj’s and decoration guys but owner got another big booking for same date and he told me on 9th march that the date is already booked by the mistake to someone else and canceled my booking without any notice. Tried speaking to owner but the coward escaped since he knew he messed up everything on purpose just for some extra money. WORST RESTAURANT EVER! MOST COWARDLY AND SHAMEFUL ACT BY CHEAP AND GREEDY OWNER.

Been there a few times now and they have amazing food and such good prices! Couldn't recommend enough 10/10

This place does events and restaurant at the same time. Food was very reasonably priced and delicious

Really friendly staff, relaxed & comfortable atmosphere. Food was fantastic. Great menu selection from drinks to desserts. With good prices & efficient service, I ‘ll be dining here again. ** recommended!

Food is a very subjective. First time visiting this place for a wedding party. Food was good (from a vegetarian's perspective: p) the ambiance/setup was different (in a good way) from other places. Good experience. Decent size hall for a gathering of 60 to 70 people (this was one of the three venues in there). Would recommend you to experience it for yourself rather than judging based on other's opinion.

Cheerful and welcoming staff. Great ambience.many mouth watering signature dishes to choose from.reasonable prices. Must visit eatery in Melbourne.

We had for a dinner with family today as I had been there couple of years ago and its totally changed now.we have very bad experience this time.we ordered for entry and food in which golgappe which was worst in Melbourne and nan was unbaked even we had ordered for a salad which was not delivered and they had charged us for that. I had not eaten that sort of bad food in Melbourne ever.wastage of money and time. I'll not recommend any Indian to go there

Food I can't complaint it's ok but inside atmosphere is really marvellous, once you enter it feels like you are somewhere in European city something like that

We have a birthday party organised on 10 january 2020. Power went off at 6: 30pm and they were saying will be back in 15 minutes or will get a portable genrator but its been 1hour and 45 minutes and still there is no power, neither portable genrator. What a bad service, & experience on this occasion.

Very good ambience and hospitality. The food was really tasty and they didn't use excess oil in dishes which made them healthy as well. We had Indian dishes from many parts of Melbourne, this was different from others. The quantity was generous and wasn't costly.

Overall, if you can embrace and want to try a different flavor of Indian food I strongly recommend this for you.

We are new in North Suburbs and we were looking for a good Indian food but definitely it was the best, seriously, good service kind people and good food. Price for food is reasonable and good portions. We will back soon.

Hosted a party at swagat the welcome today. Aman and one more person were extremely helpful and courteous. They looked after every single one of us and the food was amazing. Since the last few years the food at swagat has been consistent and service is really good

Very unfriendly staff, we visited on saturday 27th july 5 pm, they told us no dine in services.
I did the reservations over the call an hour before. With a sad face waitress told us to sit in the corner, it was all numb there, no music nothing, absolute silence and messy place. We ordered entrees and the way she was throwing the plates on the table infuriated us, food was tasteless, half cooked. Zero customer service, highly disappointed. Not recommended at all. Please don’t waste your time and money

SHITTY PlACE

The venue is great for parties. It is spacious and the price is quite reasonable. There's also a smaller room for small group parties, maybe around 25-30 people. The food is quite delicious and so far I have met friendly staff who would listen to your requests.

Best Indian restaurant in Melbourne! Also the food could be mild finally!:)
Chicken corma is very delicious as well as all other chicken types! The biryani also good!
