25I only ever eat sushi from the Sushi Factory, they are the best! And they are the only sushi place I know of that makes sundried tomato and chicken sushi rolls.
Been going here for many years not only is their Sushi excellent you sould try their meals. Teriyaki beef ect.
1. It should be called "Handroll Factory", that's what it is. I don't see any sushi or sashimi.
2. Yes, there was japanese rice dishes and tasted japanese.
3. Run by Chinese, the dishes are served the Chinese way and you get Chinese customer service!
All in all, good place to eat japanese tasting rice dishes and hand rolls (traditional and melbourne-style) served in the Chinese fashion.
High quality food - good range of sushi and they've got unnoticeably delicious inexpensive meals
Amazing place, I am never disappointed when I come here. Staff are always friendly and food is always fresh. Great opening hours too.
