Our favourite takeaway sushi roll place in Bentleigh, their yakisoba and udon noodles are worth a try as well.

Used to be great value for money. It is Chinese style. Unfortunately got a bit greedy prior to 3 years when you couldn't go out to eat. Always asked, are you bringing your own bag or we charge. No other restaurant has ever charged for bags.

Arrived just after 12pm and ordered a meal. At the time, I was the only customer. Soon after ordering, 3 new customers arrived and ordered their meals. All three of them got their food while I was waiting. I enquired where my order was and they said they gave it to the wrong customer. Fine, I get it, it happens. Why I’m leaving 1 star is because if I didn’t say anything, who knows how long I’d be gone waiting. Also, they offered me the other customers meal instead of what I ordered. No thanks, not interested… Got my money back and left. Waste of 30 minutes

One of the easiest food places to access out of the station, just got something to drink, had what I wanted.

The best Sushi you can buy and it’s always fresh. If they don’t have what I want they are happy to make it for me. Friendly and prompt staff.

Sushi on offer Salmon. Fish as thin as paper, but lots of rice, terrible value. Main course beef, hardly any beef but loads of rice, and lettuce though. Never again.

I ordered a party platter without knowing that they require 24h to make them and they were happy to make it in an hour for me. I didn't buy it in the end because I wanted something straight away, so got some sushi from the counter and they prepared it all for me.

Flavour was excellent, too!

I will definitely be going back and ordering my sushi from them.

I have now decided to come here from now on to buy sushi rolls that is always fresh & good even though takes me 30 mins to get here by car but it's well worth it as other sushi shops I've been to use to be good then go bad as not as fresh but here is always consistently good through so many years as reviews speak for itself. Keep up the good work ladies.

This place is fast becoming a favourite for us. Quality of the food is terrific. Highly recommend!

Fantastic and fresh sushi. Consistently comment once I try other places sushi how much better Sushi Factory's compares.
The spicy prawn is fantastic, tofu one is really flavoursome and most of the other flavours are authentic and tasty. Yes slightly expensive but worth the premium.

The Sushi Factory have the best sushi rolls and the best service. I ordered a platter at short notice and needed to pick it up before their official opening time the next morning but they were happy to oblige. They have the best sushi and the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else.

Hands-down the best sushi in town and my favourite treat for over 16years!
As well as easy lunches, I get excited if we are having people over as it means I can order a party platter. It's also our standard after-haircuts treat!

Been getting sushi/japanese flavours for almost 20 years, never dissapointed. Great value, great service. Great sushi for day to day option.

2pm in the afternoon. I'm the only customer there, 6 staff behind the counter. Ordered 2 fried rice and a pack of sushi. Took 20 minutes for the order to be ready. All the staff were just standing there talking. I had to ask for my order only then one of them went to the kitchen to check then said "coming". How rude!

If I could give negative stars I would.

Quality of ingredients great, but the day we ate, sushi rolls (California/inside out) really poorly rolled and falling apart. Just average.

Sushi was extremely fresh and just delicious. I cannot eat any other sushi now and have to travel 20 minutes to eat this sushi, worth it haha!

Chicken Katsu was great but the chicken fried rice was a bit dry. Serving Portion was good value.

Cannot believe I've been in McKinnon for nearly 3 years and haven't discovered this gem. Great food at great prices. It's a little crammed but that's exactly what the little ramen joints in Japan are like! Recommended.

One of the best sushi places around. Always fresh sushi and great customer service. Staff are friendly. Would highly recommended.

Very bad service, staff ignored me 2 times, the customer came later but got food earlier than me.maybe that the service you get when the boss pays $9 per hour to her staff!
