Surrey Street Family Clinic

My husband, son, daughter and I have recently chosen Surrey Street Family clinic to now be our regular family doctors and health care providers.
From the first moment of being so kindly and professionally welcomed into this beautiful, modern, calming environment, we all wondered why we had not made the choice to leave our previous clinic and doctor a long time ago. The sweet and every so caring and helpful girls on reception are such a blessing especially Abby
. Dr Sam Hall and Doctor Darren are everything we hoped we would find in choosing a new family doctor.
Professional, caring, non-judgemental, highly experienced and willing to take the time to explain symptoms, diagnosis and to explain any tests or procedures and looking for other possible causes and treatments, rather than dismissing everything onto (you're just anxious)
It's such a wonderful feeling to be heard and to have your concerns listened to.
My family and I would rate 10 stars if we could and we are so extremely greatful to Dr Darren for going above and beyond to organise a specialist appointment for our daughter within a week rather than her previous doctor scheduling appointment for 12 months time.
We as a family have never felt such kindness, compassion, care and support at such a high level.
It's so refreshing to be offered water on arrival and a friendly smile, and to not have to wait 1 hour or longer for your appointment as was our previous experience on a regular basis at our previous clinic, often appointments were booked then cancelled due to doctors overbooked and poor reception management.
At surrey Street, the booking of appointmes and all referals needed and payment system is fast, efficient and always highly professional.

Dr. Matthew Dziegielewski is by far the best, most comprehensive GP that I’ve ever encountered. His easy going, caring approach belies his attention to detail and his professionalism. Every time I attend Surrey Street Family Clinic, I leave motivated and inspired to improve myself both mentally and physically. It feels like he is a friend, confidant and a brilliant GP all in one. First time at the practice. Great experience with Dr. Matthew Dziegielewski. Friendly and helpful. So much so that I might transfer to Surrey Street as my family GP.

I went on a Saturday when there wasn't anything open. The doctor there was smart and helpful.

Surrey Medical was very convenient on a long weekend when my own doctor wasn’t available. Lovely staff and doctor was very thorough and helpful

We attended the clinic today for vaccinations. Appointment was on time, the Doctor and Nurse were friendly, professional and very efficient. The easiest and least disruptive vaccinations we have experienced with our toddler. We will continue to attend Surrey Street Family Clinic as we’ve always had a pleasant experience.

Booking on line it made me answer whether I had any cold like symptoms. I did when I booked (3 days before the appointment) so I rang to make appointment and even though I had taken a COVID test I was told I would have to wait outside and ring when I arrived. So I did and also advised that I had done a test and it was negative. I was told to stay in my car. So I did. The doctor (whom I hadn't seen before) rang me and then proceeded to consult with me over the phone. Half way through she asked if I had a cold and I told her no. She laughed and asked if I wanted to come in and collect my script. I told her she could just bring it out to me.

This surgery has been brilliant for years, but trying to get an appointment with a female doctor after Bianca left is nearly impossible if you want someone outside of business hours and with someone who makes you feel comfortable and heard.

So disappointed.

I saw Dillon Rajendran about an ongoing issue I was having. He shared deep insight and practical suggestions that really helped resolve the issue. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Staff are always accomodating and friendly. Doctors are thorough and very professional. Highly recommend.

Surrey Street Clinic exceeded my expectation the first time I visited 5 years ago, and today it was no different when I saw Dr Riley. I have been seeing Dr Riley for 2 years now and can honestly say he is the most genuinely honest, caring, thorough doctor I have ever seen.
I always walk away thinking ‘Dr Riley truly cares about my health and well-being’

It starts with the receptionists who are delightful to deal with always, the nurse and all the doctors I have seen at the clinic are excellent.

I cannot believe the service at this clinic! The receptionist at this clinic needs to be given a heart from a pig. A human heart is just a waste to be honest. For someone to ring up to try and make an appointment for a 9 month baby with a severe nappy rash and to be told the doctor won't see them (this is without asking the doctor if they can or not) is just disgusting. Obviously this receptionist just wanted to leave at 12 midday and/or has no kids at all. How can someone like that work in a place that's meant to help the public. How disgraceful is that!

Visited Surrey Street clinic first time and saw Dr Marin Nayagam, highly recommend, such a wonderful and friendly doctor, she makes a comfortable atmosphere so can share maximum infos without hesitation.

Dillon the Podiatrist here is fantastic, he has a wealth of knowledge and was willing to go above and beyond for his patients

The doctors at Surrey Street Family Clinic are incredibly professional and filled with incredible medical knowledge that is up-to-date.
I have been going here for years now after struggling to find my 'forever' doctor and I am SO glad I gave it a try. I have never had an issue and always felt very comforted when leaving the rooms.

The only downside is it's sometimes there is a little wait to see your preferred doctor but really that is a good reflection of their incredible service that everyone positively relies on!

Great for kids, adults and the elderly. Highly recommend.
