Super Chicken & Seafood

Hands down THE BEST fish & chips in Melbourne. We travel all the way from Mickleham just to eat their fish & chips. We always order their whiting pack with gravy and they never disappoint! My kids call their fish, chicken or 'chicken fish' lol for the prices they charge, it is well worth it. Great Value & the BEST taste

I had my lunch at this place a few days ago it was an amazing experience, I had a large portion for very reasonable price also service was fantastic very quick and professional customer service will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.

I came to this place heaps of times when I was young. I haven't been in a while. BUT I decided to visit this place once again and it was AMAZING! I love the vibe of this place, staff were very nice and friendly especially Sevgi and Nuray. The chips were fresh and not too salty which was just how I like it. The proportion sizes was huge which was totally worth it!

Great place for tasty food. Especially the chicken and chips are worth trying. Staff is friendly and helpful even the place is busy most of the time.

This store seems like they have new owners again. The young girl with the nose ring.you really need to learn how to LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS and stop being so rude. DONT PRETEND LIKE YOU CAN REMEMBER EVERYONES ORDERS THAT WALK IN. Been coming here for over 15years.now never again.

On three occasions, I've requested to order a chicken roll & chips. Such a basic order & simple meal to prepare. Not once was my order fulfilled.

Taken a long time however I've only realised that I had received a response in regards to this review. How was my order not fulfilled? Well being fair and reasonable on three entirely different days & to clarify was not within the same week. I enter the buisness just as any other customer would. I quickly browse the large menu on the wall. There priced and illustrated I decide I'll have a chicken roll and chips. I que to place my order and when acknowled I make my request "ill have a chicken roll and chips please, to take away. Thank you"
As anyone with half a brain would realise being well mannered and polite isn't just what's right
Nor does it make me a goody two shoes.
When your food is in the hands of someone else you have respect otherwise be prepared to face anything unsuspecting that's dished and served to you.

Now without explanation. In actual fact no words just a shook head left to right, side to side. Tried my luck on a second occasion on a weekday with a work colleague. Same person, same response. Then to happen again a third time? At which point I seriously considered the degree of difficulty and effort required to construct a chicken roll, perhaps it was the chips? The meal was placed on the menu, your doors are open to welcome the people known as customers. They pay for the food you prepare and serve based on the menu. Thus making a return $$ And living. It's not like I asked for a rooster roll. So since it wasn't clear initially. My order was not fulfilled, the chicken roll I requested that is on your menu DID NOT get made. I didn't ask for three chicken rolls. I asked for one chicken roll and chips on three different days to be refused. To think everytime I entered that buisness for lunch I came with four to five orders every time. Not any more.
Learn to appreciate and understand the importance of customer service because without the customer, no buisness.
In three years since making the first review not once have I bothered to return. Would you?

Potato cakes have no taste price hikes portions are a lot smaller too everything is just lower quality but costs more what on earth happened this place

Their chicken goes very nice with gravy easally they have a wide selection of food as well but service can sometimes be slow and on Sundays they usually don't have enough chicken to meet demand but the staff is very friendly as well overall this is a very good chicken and chip store and I highly recommend it if you want anything along those lines

Nothing good. Chips are bad. Old oil. Super oily than other chips, always running out of chicken, fish is the cheap fish, service was so slow. Today they didn't have any chicken but my phone order for 2 fish took 40mins. They had no chicken, why does cooking fish have to be so long?

Best chicken and chips. Seafood is ok but not a big fan of crumbed fish i like battered more. Still very fresh and not bad on price.
