We had the worst experience ever for my sons 7th birthday. When we arrived it was as if no one even knew we were coming and noone could tell us where to go. The parents and kids all had to stand around waiting and our party host finally arrived 10mins late. She then hadn't brought enough socks or wristbands so the kids didn't even start to play until after 25mins.

When I booked the party, we were told that as our party was booked for 17 kids, they would be broken in to 2 groups but this was not the case and everything moved so slow.

When the time came to go to the party room, the host came along with only 1 litre bottle of water for the kids to share amongst 16 kids.it was such a joke. We had booked the package that includes chicken strips, potato gems and a juice per kid (and on the website I was led to believe that each kid would receive an individual plate with potato gems and chicken strips) however, the host arrived with 2 plates of potato gems and 1 plate of chicken strips to share amongst 16 kids and no juice bottles at all.it was ridiculous! Some kids barely got anything to eat at all and the host told parents of the kids to serve them food.

I am so angry and so upset. I feel so cheated and robbed by this centre.

I will never ever book a party there ever again and I would not recommend it to any other parents.

I feel completely ripped off and was so embarrassed to see the parents of some kids buying food for their kids afterwards.
I have sent 2 emails now and have been told that someone will contact me but its been almost a month since I sent those emails and noone has contacted me back.

So much for the kids to do (of all ages) and the staff were honestly all so wonderful! We will definitely be back! Thanks for such a fun morning!

Even though there were quite a few kids at the venue mine didn’t have much waiting time at all, the staff were also friendly and professional, great experience

Clean, not too crowded and kids had so much fun. The party was well organised and right on time.

Friendly staff, an open, clean space and great variety of equipment all enhanced our experience at Bounce.

I took two 12 year olds to Bounce Keysborough on Saturday 18th of December. The staff were courteous and friendly and the place was clean. There is lots of things to do: rock climbing, high ropes, ninja and of course the trampoline. We bought the two hour pass which was good value for money. Both 12 year olds had a great time.

Such a fun morning with two 3 year-olds at Bounce. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Good coffee too!

What an amazing place… Finally a place that has friendly staff, is clean and a diverse range of equipment to suit all ages.
The kids are still talking about it, begging to got back.

Must visit! Awesome place with so many activities.
Boys had so much fun at the party, very well organized. Food is delicious and coffee is great. Staff is so helpful and nice.

Party went very smooth, no hassle and the staff were awesome very friendly. I would recommend Bounce to my family and friends.

The kids have so much fun at BOUNCE.they structure the jump times so kids can enjoy their time without it being overcrowded.we will be back to celebrate my sons 8th birthday as he wants to bring his friends next time:) friendly staff, clean facilities and a great time for all ages! Highly recommend

Visited on the 9th of July with my 3 kids. Upon arriving the kids decided they wanted to do some rock climbing, this was our first time visiting so wasn't sure what we had to do. We waited at the gate for a little while but no staff were there, I read the sign that said we must ensure our harnesses are checked by a staff before climbing, I assumed we put harnesses on ourselves and then get them checked. I got 2 harnesses and took my kids into the rock climbing area to put them on, after a few minutes a staff member came storming over to us raising his voice and said "You can't just take the equipment" he then snatched the harness from my Childs hand and then said with a raised voice "plus you can't come in here with no shoes, you have to leave! "
I was disgusted at the way we were spoken to and the way he treated my kids, this occurred at the beginning of our visit and put a dampener on the rest of the day. My kids were then too scared to go near the rock climbing again just in case the 'mean man' yelled at them again.
I received an email asking to provide feedback on our visit, I gave a low score and then received an email from Kyle the venue manager asking me to provide information on why I scored so low. I took the time to explain what happened and didn't get a response, poor management in my opinion.
Will definitely not be returning!

We have our 6yo Birthday Party in Bounce Keysborough. Charlotte -our host is awesome. I cant thank her enough to her amazing effort to keep the kids happy and cooperation.

Kids had an absolute blast, lots of variety with the different equipment, very spacious and plenty of seating for parents. We’ll be back!

Bounce was awesome, nice looking place, very professional staff and a fun environment to be at- I would recommend it to my family and friends

Went to one of my daughters friends party everything was okay except the girl manager was being rude to team members. Also the sandwich platters were wrong. The party host was well with the kids stayed with them the whole time. And cafe took a bit long to make drinks.

Fantastic place for little ones! Lots of trampolines, indoor playground a climbing section. The staff is incredibly genuine and always helpful!

So many options to play on! My son was entertained for 3 hours & I loved how he was enjoying the challenges. Also you have coffee!

20 kids today, all so excited and they were lucky enough to have Jessie to look after them.all!
What a great place, but what a superstar he was - wrangled all the kids, with a smile and fantastic attitude. Great place and highly recommended, (as long as you get Jessie!) 5 stars!
