Haven for Kids!

I recently had birthday party at Bounce Playcentre Keysborouh with my family, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.it was not first time as well. The facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for kids to explore and play. The staff is not only friendly but also actively engaged with the children, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. The variety of play areas and activities cater to a wide range of ages, making it an ideal spot for families with kids of different age groups. The cafe offers delicious and reasonably priced snacks, allowing parents to relax while the little ones burn off energy. Bounce Playcentre is a gem for families seeking a fun and wholesome experience – it's certainly earned its five stars in our book! We will be back

Thank you Bounce Keysborough, Cindy Smith and her team for catering to our daughter’s 2nd birthday. All our guests had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the multiple activities, large space and air conditioned party rooms.

Extremely busy place and over priced in my opinion for what they offer. Wall climb also fully occupied by parties and between 5-6pm the lighting is just insufficient. Particularly around that kids jungle area. Kind of hard to tell from photo how dark it is.

Staff should enforce the rules on the signs. It would be a much more enjoyable experience for everyone. Sign said “must be over 110cm” and all these children (quite clearly) below 110cm roaming in the area where the sign was. And customer service was not very good. It is 2023 and good customer service is a must for any business. Lots of junior staff that had no confidence in communicating effectively. For a place that markets towards both adults and children, it did not feel this way.

This is the best bounce location.of the bounce franchises. Their high ropes is great and it's just bigger than the other ones. The parking isn't as easy as some others but still decent. The place was packed when we went and there was still room for all the kids. They also have a big little bounce area so that's great. One drawback would be that they need to better control when older kids go into the mini bounce area. They can run amok and if I wasn't there with my toddler she would have been bowled over numerous times by older kids that shouldn't have been in there.

Kids had an absolute ball and were completely worn out after our 2 hours were up. Well worth visiting!

Great place to let the kids be themselves and have fun. Also very safe and friendly atmosphere.

This is a great place to spend hours with your children, kept them busy while I lazily sat watching them the staff were very friendly and a good price

Great place for kids to have some fun. A tad expensive and low on staff on the floor. If they slightly increase playtime and staff to keep an eye on trouble makers, this place will give them more revenue than what it attracts now.

Great service and friendly staff. Booking was easy online. My advice is to book at an early time slot to avoid the crowds.

The kids loved ther experience at Bounce. Lots of different areas for them to investigate. The hour session was enough to tire them out.

We drive 45 mins to visit Bounce Keysborough. Kids love the variety on offer. The staff are helpful and proactive so the kids don’t have long to wait at any activity. It’s a unique centre with something for everyone.

My children went for a friend's birthday party. They had a great time. It seemed quite rushed though. Very busy place. But it definitely wore them out.

The staff were great and the place was clean.
Also enjoyed the fact there was a drinking fountain for freshwater.
A healthy and energetic outing.

We went during the beginning of school holidays, the staff was welcoming and it wasn't too crowded.the boys had 2 awesome hours of fun.
