Aside from the looming lockdown that was scheduled to come into affect half an hour after our session yesterday, staff were very welcoming. It was a very clean facility and the kids had a wonderful time! Thank you we will be back… when we are allowed

Had a great sessions with the family at Bounce for our daughter's birthday. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and very well priced. Love that there is no time limit on the “play dates” tickets!

The staff the food, the safety the fun it is just perfect. The place is full of fun the kids love it, even if food is amazing.

Friendly staff Troy was amazing with helping give my 5yo encouragement and confidence to do the rock walls.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, I could not recommend them highly enough! They went above and beyond and my son had the best birthday ever!

I had my daughter's birthday party at Bounce Geelong. Having a dedicated party co-ordinator made the whole experience great. Everything was well planned, the children all got a go at the games and everyone was always together. Our co-ordinator- Hamish in Geelong - was so nice and great with the kids.

We love taking our kids to the Geelong Bounce. Our kids had their birthday parties hosted by a lovely team member called Emily. It was affordable and fun and nothing was too much. The kids had THE best time!

Hi Bounce. I am a disability support worker who comes in every Saturday with my friend Thomas. The experiences from the staff is always extremely accomodating and inclusive. The staff never hesitate to swap to a male on the register so Thomas is always comfortable making his transactions either at the front desk or the canteen when he gets his lunch. The staff are always extremely inclusive on the trampolines, treating him as an every day participant- which he is- and making sure he is adhering to the rules - He loves rules. Thomas has made this a regular Saturday activity and absolutely LOVES dodgeball. Thank you so much for all the hard word and wonderful people you employ. Well done

Bounce Geelong definitely exceeded expectations, for both kids and adults and worth the trip from Melbourne. Having such a large range of activities under the one roof, from rock climbing, the Ninja course and trampolines kept the kids entertained and engaged. The cafe was great, the facilities clean and all staff were friendly and attentive. Well worth a visit!

The staff member Kev was a stand out today. He was engaging with the children, showed lots energy and made sure they had the best experience!

Great activity for active teenagers! They need to release that energy and what better way than the ball pit and basketball rings.

Terrific facilities, one of the best Bounce Centres we've visited. Nice amenities that include soap pumps in shower, free WiFi, good seating, great playcentre for toddlers. Overall very good.

The facility was clean and well supervised. The Bounce staff were friendly, polite and very good at monitoring the rules of one on a trampoline at a time. Love taking the grandchildren there to burn off some energy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A great range of activities we spent three hours there easily.

Area very clean, team members using vacuum cleaners etc, good coffee, nice sitting area, easy booking system, only downside where people bringing their own food in and some rough play by a few 12 yo boys approx.

My Three year old grandson and myself Nana 68 have visited on several occasions
The process to enter is easy and speedy
The staff are friendly and super efficient and watchful
And the food is yummy
It’s a great fun place for all ages

My son and his friend (both 7 years old) had so much fun. Bounce staff were very visible everywhere overseeing and helping patrons. The centre was very busy yet orderly at the same time. Great experience, we will certainly come back again.

Great that it’s not just the bouncing, but also the ninja course and the rock climbing. And it wasn’t busy, because our kids had a curriculum day from school probably helped as well
