Excellent, we had a problem with our vouchers that we purchased online for Xmas Simon Edwards was so obliging nothing was too much trouble thats what you need to see in other Venues. Thank you for sorting our problem out.

Thank you for a very generous offer to accommodate our request today. It was a bit sad though that we were not able to use a candle but other than that we had an amazing time and Miranda was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Got an hour session Monday morning for the 2 kids. Half an hour was wall climbing, other half hour was bounce. Staff was amazing! Helped talk the kids through and stayed with them to encourage them the whole time climbing. Have been here multiple times and have some of the friendliest staff going around. 10/10

The ability to use all the facilities - rock climbing was an absolute hit! That we could add more time if the kids still have some puff and the helpful staff:)

The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the different play areas offer good variety for kids. Great fun for parents/adults too. The rock climbing area is awesome!

Great experience having a party at Bounce. Host was organised and made the birthday girl feel very special.

Went here for my daughters 6th birthday party. Gone are the days where the kids disperse and we spend the whole time searching for them when it comes to cake time.

Love the introduction of a party host. Made it so much easier.

So much fun for kids! And healthy exercise too. While I was there watching my grandkids, I looked around at all the kids running, jumping and just having lots of fun…. So nice to see instead of being on technology.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for a kids party. Tay our host was fantastic throughout the day. He dealt really well with one of our party guests who had recently broken his arm and couldn't bounce. He worked really hard to make sure everyone was happy and he entertained the kids well whilst they were waiting to being their session. We'd definitely recommend Tay and Bounce for future parties.

Super friendly and professional staff (also young and connected with the younger ones). Easy to book, great price, clean, local and great atmosphere. Great for all ages. I took my one and four year olds and they both had a ball!

My 2 year old daughter loved it! Lots of different and fun experiences for her. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Kids love this place and always nag to go!

Went on a very wet and cold Saturday afternoon, so the centre was extremely busy. There was no parking available out the front. For the amount of time we were there thought it was a little expensive, especially if buying food and drink as well. Kept our grand daughter busy.
