An excellent option for boosting self- care practices, with oxygen therapy and infra red sauna on their list of offerings.

After reading a lot of blogs from wellness experts about infrared saunas and in particular the Sunlighten brand, I decided to talk to my mum who was having a lot of health issues especially with blood pressure. She has been on medication for numerous years which had not really made too much of a difference and the doctor’s only solution was to increase dose. They wanted her to monitor her blood pressure daily for a month which we did and the results were quite irregular but her dose stayed the same. Around the same time we chose to invest in the mpulse sauna for many reasons such as pain and relaxation. After only having the sauna for 3 months now and using 3 times a week, she was asked to monitor her blood pressure again only this time the results were consistently in the same normal rage. Although still medicated I believe the sauna has made an impact that we hope will continue to a point where medication is not needed. Apart from that, for myself, my dry skin is now soft and hydrated and never looked better or more youthful.

We were invited to experience the health benefits of full spectrum infrared before buying and it did not disappoint! We were greeted with excellent customer service with a thorough induction and in no way felt we were obliged after the session. Best lunch break in a while. Team Sunlighten, there has been no "Covid shutdown" restrictions for you to hide behind for months. You have my contact details but haven't bothered to call me. Why don't you contact me to arrange inspection of the flooring burnt by your sauna? Thousands of dollars damage has been assessed by insurance inspector. Over to you. RB

Terrible after sales service. We believe sauna was incorrectly installed and therefore burnt flooring underneath. We raised the issue with Sunlighten, together with supporting photos etc. Sunlighten replied that damage wasn't caused by sauna; they didn't even have the courtesy of inspecting our concern on site before making their decision! Very disappointing, considering they pitch to high end, quality market etc. Wouldn't buy again, simply on this basis. RB

Great product, after sales service from sales rep non existent! Good luck in trying to phone anyone always go to automated service unless you touch the sales button. Funny that happy to take sales calls but seriously thats where it ends. Buyer be ware.

Love my Sunlighten, have had great results from my mPulse and got the best service from Rosie and the team there.

Love my mPulse sauna, did a ton of research, almost bought a cheap model from another brand but then I went and had a look between the 2, there was no question, Sunlighten are superior in make and design.

Great experience, oxygen therapy followed by full spectrum infrared sauna, great staff support and I even managed to catch my ferry on time. A well needed wind down/detox after a frenetic week.

I purchased a 3 person signature sauna from sunlighten I could not recommend them higher.
Stacy the sales person was extremely helpful and professional and went above and beyond to help me in my decision.
Delivery of my sauna was professional.
I personally put my sauna together, It took me under an hour to put it together the longest part was taking it out of the very well packed cartons.
Quality of the sauna is next to none.
I herd of health benefits from infa red saunas but had no experience with them whatsoever.
I’ve been using it now for over two months on average 4-5 nights a week for around 20 minutes a session I use it before I go to bed at night and my sleeping has improved immensely!
I have been carrying around a few extra kilos for a while before I started using the sauna I was 103 kilos I’m now at 100kilos Haven’t changed my diet or started any exercise regime so can only put it down to regular sauna use.
Never felt better in fact!
I highly recommend sunlighten saunas and there products.
Oh and the bamboo towels and cleaning products are well worth it too

Nice and relaxing. Customer service was good. Nice people, they were welcoming and responsive. I wish there was music whilst relaxing in the saunas that would give it a 5

At first I had a poor experience with the sauna but they addressed my issue and since then have always loved it and had great service.

Fear monger and bullying sales techniques.
Won’t buy here simply from customer service. I would hate to think what they’re like if you have an issue if that’s how they treat people. Maybe that’s why they went out of business and rebranded. Thanks but no thanks I prefer not to deal with aggressive people.

Is there a place that you can get healthy both sweating in a sauna with a very good infrared light good for your health

Everything about this place is awesome, the fitout, the friendly staff that go above and beyond especially Bianca with all her knowledge & care, it’s an amazing place which I love going to and being from Mildura I always make the trip down and get my sessions in. Keep up the great work guys!

WATE OF MONEY IN COLDER CLIMATES

I purchased my sauna under 3 years ago and have barely used it due the machines inability to warm up effectively in a colder climate.

At first i was told that because my sauna was on my balcony, and in cold Canberra weather, that there was nothing wring with the machine. I was told the sauna needed to be inside to work effectively. I was given a complimentary merino wool cover which I was thanksful for. At the time the customer service was good, and I accepted this.

I then moved houses and was able to place my sauna in our garage where the minimum temperature got to 17 degrees. The sauna still took hours to warm up, and even then it barely made 40 degrees. I again contacted Sunlighten and explained that the same issues were occurring, and that now the climate was much warmer, but I still had not broken a sweat. In fact, my house felt warmer.

They asked me to check the Power wattage, place up off the ground, use the cover (I LOVE SITTING IN THE DARK.), document hours of data so they could troubleshoot. I would do this information then would get no response. I continued to call and try to get a resolution. At this point, the tone had changed and the only time i would have communication was when i called.

I used 2 thermometers in the machine which showed that the temperature was 10 degrees less than the what the machine thermometer was showing. I reported this and was rudely told that 'this has nothing to do with what we're talking about, i have no control over outside thermometers'. I explained that it does matter, because the machine DOES NOT WORK AND NEVER HAS.

I was told 6 weeks ago that they would send someone to look at the machine. I haven't heard from them again.

This was the biggest waste of money and time.

If you're looking for a high quality sauna you should definitely pay these guys a visit. Once you've seen one of their saunas you'll understand why they're a cut above. You can even try before you buy by booking a session at their South Melbourne store.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoy going to Sunlighten. Every time we visit, our aches and pains just melt away and our skin radiates. This will be a regular health regime for us. A must try if you haven't already!

Always a quiet, relaxing environment to escape to. The premises are always clean and the staff so courteous and knowledgable about the Sunlighten Saunas. Absolutely recommend the single pod for a good sweat and also improved results post workout.
Easy to access and absolutely no fuss. If you haven't tried IR you are missing out!
