Sun Floors

I am really happy to have gone with SPC floor boards from Sun Floors Hoppers Crossing. Aarti and crew did a fantastic job. The entire process was hassle free and Aarti was kind enough to accommodate last minute requests for us:) We initially went with floor boards only on the ground floor and the installation was done within a day. The finish was so good that I decided to install the same on the first floor as well. Unlike other flooring companies out there, Aarti never hesitated for the short notice and helped us with the delivery and installation, ALL within the next day! I must particularly say that the guys who did the installation did an amazing job and completed the entire installation in just 2 days for an ~300sqm. I definitely would recommend Sun floors if you are looking for hybrid flooring.

Hired Sun Flooring imports for ground floor tiles installation and first floor SPC floor boards. Ground floor is 116 sq mtrs area and first floor area is 136 sq mtr, sent them both manual and computerised measured plan from builders. They quote me 1200x600 tiles $73 per sq mtr and SPC boards $46 psm including installation. They delayed due tiler availability and material imported from overseas, which causing delayed to move in. We were told that tiler was very good n professional. Delivered 7 broken/chipped tiles, also unprofessional tradies wasted a lot offcut, left all rubbish left over in backyard and in garage. Also they left the site n compelted the job without caulking, some areas having uneven surface and left 15 mm gap between skirting. When asked owner of business, he said house owner has to organise the caulking or pay extra charge to them. Advised owner of business that when the issues will be fixed, then I'll pay outstanding amount. When I was busy on important business conference The owner bang the door several times, threatening to break the door. He came inside the house forcefully without my consent with tools, damaged installed flooring n skirting boards and continuously asking money. His behavior was weird n unprofessional. Also overcharged than given quote. Finally I called police n asked to leave the site immediately. They use to charge against boxes used rather actual flooring area. I feel bad for very friendly staff who put efforts over this installation. We are going to lodge the case to ACCC. I wish all the very best who are hiring this business.

I clearly advised u guys not to come on Monday as the deadline was on Saturday.still u came. Also advised ur staff that u guys can come on Sunday, but u overlooked, on Monday u tried to call me, as I was busy in meeting n was in touch with u on messages. Then 3-4 times u Bang the door, threatening to break the door.
Yes I showed the bad quality of installation, also told u that I'm happy to pay, only when u fixed the issue. U said silicon can cover 15mm gap, what a solution! Despite of replacing tiles. Yes I messaged fantastic job related to floor boards, and quick look on tiles in passage. When had a look underneath the bench top we found the 15mm gap in 4_-5 Tiles.
Ive paid $2000, on 26/10/2019. And paid more $1500 on the day when u were threatening to break the door.
Yes I was on business meeting, conference webinar, and I dont want anyone disturb me so I locked my property and not let u in. ROFL. Vacuum was there since 3-4 days and why should I vacuum tiles? Lol. Its my home, why should I hide in my own home. Its 1.2milion house, should I worry abt ur bloody $1700? (Which is overcharged to me).
Yes I asked my friend to come and advise u that I'll transfer the money at 2: 30, but u decided not to fix the issue, and after only money.
When I got break I came outside to sort out but u asked ur guys to bring to tools and open the flooring. U have damaged the skiting while removing boards and also damaged down pipe when delivered tiles. Ive fully paid off floor boards which u removed. Yes there is oustanding amount related to tiles installation, I agreed to pay once u sort out issue. Plz stop misleading and loot the customers.

U want the money in advance before fixing the issue.

U left the site full of garbage n mess in garage n backyard. Stop fooling customers. There is $1700 outstanding and u were asking more $5000, including ur same day labour which I never asked to. The deal was with ur staff member, not with u.
May be u thought, u gonna overcharge and I'll pay it. No man! Im technically sound person. When u realised u cant make me fool, u came and removed flooring, despite of advised not to come. Lol.on the top u were asking to pay 2 guys labour.
I also wrote a formal complaint letter to ur email, explaning the same issue.
Ur behaviour was rude, abrupt and unprofessional.

Aarti and the crew at Hoppers Crossing were extremely helpful and competitive on price. We're very happy with our floors. The guys were very fast with the install and did a great job with shooting in our skirts instead of using quads. Even after the job, Aarti still followed up just to make sure everything went well.

Had visited the showroom recently for laminate but ended up buying 100% waterproof flooring and kitchen bench-top, highly recommend this place for the price without any compromise on quality and service.
