I am really happy to have gone with hybrid floor boards from Sun Floors Hoppers Crossing. Karan and the team did a fantastic job. The entire process was hassle free. I must particularly say that the guys who did the installation did an amazing job and completed the entire installation, including removal of kitchen tiles, old floor boards, carpet. I definitely would recommend Sun floors if you are looking for good quality flooring at reasonable prices and best service.

We have recently got hybrid flooring done for our house from Karan and team. They were fantastic and have done an exceptionally well job of replacing the tiles with hybrid flooring. Very reasonable and best people on the market and would highly recommend Sun Floors for any flooring related tasks. They also have a wonderful collection of flooring and Karan is great at giving the best possible advice in the choice of flooring and holds a great patience to answer all sorts of queries in making the best decision in terms of choice of flooring. We have just completed a substantial build project and have therefore had to deal with multiple suppliers for all items. Sun floors Karan and team at the sunfloors Hoppers Crossing were outstanding from beginning to end! As we had over 140m2 of flooring to lay, I took my time in choosing a product! Hi all, we did Vinly flooring in our house through Karan (Sunflooring) in 2018. The Floor was not levelled in our Living area and in few places and the same we informed Karan and his team they said they will level it and do installation and nothing will happen and they did installation on an uneven surface. After a few months as the  floor was not levelled the Vinyl floor got bend marks and clip joints started to open. Whoever comes to our house notices the same and asks who has done this work man ship. We didn't mention the company name. Now  we are frustrated and have no choice but to reveal and write reviews so that people should be careful while making decisions. We have been following since 4 years.   He is known to my partner as his company buys Floorboard and Tiles from him. He assured me he will be fixing it. I am sharing  emails (where he confirmed he will be fixing it), have visited his showroom (He confirmed he will do it as he is waiting for the same Vinly Floor which he has installed in our home, sent SMS but no reply. Finally he is asking for more money for his poor workmanship. The worst part is when we took him to VCAT  in today Mediation he refused that he has done any work for us and asking for Invoice as a proof which he never gave to us)
Guys please be careful while getting work with this person,  never pay him cash and if you please ask for receipt immediately. Don't trust him, he will never send you an invoice, Also please make videos or take photos when he is working in your home. In our case now he is saying I have never done work in your house, I  paid him x amount  cash and balance through bank transfer. I am surprised how a business person can lie for workmanship he has done. Sharing work man ship. Email snapshot, and message for your records.  I have also seen that one they finish work they will immediately push you to write a review and if something happens with poor workmanship of installation they will never response. They are not using certified tilers for installation. So please be careful as we are using our hard earned money and these people don't even take ownership of work they have done. Sorry to say but this is bitter truth.

Excellent product and workmanship hard to find these days but i certainty found a good tradesman and a company that is customer first the price was affordable i would like to thank you Aarti and the team for the professional service you provided i will be certainly be fawarding new customers my floors completely transformed my home to a modern era love my floors
