Summer Healing Yoga is my home for yoga in Melbourne. It has a non-judgemental and welcoming vibe and a good selection of early and late classes to fit around my work schedule. Also teachers that bring in lots of different elements to the classes from breathing to philosophy to even things like tai chi! Would recommend the Sunday afternoon breathwork class, you will leave it blissed out!
