Amazing variety of classes and great instructors. Been a member since Feb and getting stronger each session. Highly recommend the pump weights class with Aimee. Also if you’re lucky you’ll get some love from Angel the dog

This is the place to be for anyone who is doing self-work. The people and community are both friendly and amazing. It’s a safe space that supports your spiritual growth, wherever you may be on your journey.

Summer Healing was recommended to me by a friend at a point in my path 3 years ago, where (little did I know at the time) I needed it the most. This space with its epic unique energy; its unapologetic purpose to support, help and heal; and its special unique teachers - have all truly created a wonderful temple-like sacred space, and a home that always takes me home to myself.
There really isn't anywhere I've ever experienced quite like Summer Healing! It is always the #1 place I would recommend to any one I know that feels they need some healing or reconnection to who they are… or simply wants a safe place to just BE.

Summer healing is a one of a kind, holistic healing sanctuary, that offers a variety of yoga, breathwork and embodiment classes to suit your needs. The community is beyond welcoming and the classes can be life-changing! They offer incredible yoga teacher training programs that I highly recommend. Give any class a go - you’re bound to love it!

With so much experience and esoteric knowledge, Aimee and her team of inspiring yogis have helped me grow and understand the deeper layers of my being, through powerful, ancient practices that foster connection to the breath, as well as offering strong and creative asana sequences to challenge and develop my physical practice.
I am so grateful to have found a studio that offers an authentic experience of the practice, one that acknowledges its traditional roots.
Another notable point is Summer Healings strong connection and acknowledgement to the traditional custodians of our own country on which we practice.
Community, connection, and a safe space for deeper questioning and discovery is what you will experience at Summer Healing!

The best yoga place in Melbourne? Yes! This is the most amazing and inclusive community! High skilled teachers and amazing experience! I just started my yoga journey here and will never look back again!

Summer Healing is like a second home - the place is so warm and welcoming, accepting of such diverse people, and the yoga and breathwork is all amazing as well! It is not just a studio, it's a community. Definitely recommend for beginners and advanced or anyone inbetween!

I feel supported, i feel like I can be myself and be accepted for it, i learn what i need and want to learn and beyond that. Summer Healing is a great place, a beautiful temple with beautiful people. A high vibing heart based tribe and family I want to be a part of. Truly a place for soul connection and healing on the deepest levels.

Unfortunately I don’t live around the area anymore and can’t attend classes quite often.
I just wanted to say a massive Thank you to Amy and the rest of the Team for creating a caring, safe and loving community space.
I attended a breathwork class few weeks ago. It was amazing and felt incredibly supported.

Great studio, love all the teachers and its a beautiful set-up, in a very convenient location.
I have no complaints whatsoever.

The friendliest and most helpful teachers! Love how tranquil and euphoric the space feels. Everyone that attends are sooo friendly, welcoming and communal. Wishing I lived closer to attend more classes. I am only using the monthly pass.but would highly recommend anyone that lives around the area to give it a go.discovering a new found love and understanding towards yoga and hoping somewhere around my area continues to deliver the same experience, thanks guys!
