Amazing staff and food was great too.
We had few serves of pizza, pasta and arancini balls. All were good.
(only missing point was if pizza could be woodfired)

Food and atmosphere is superb. Very warm and friendly staff and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend trying this restaurant - you won't be disappointed. Located in Malvern, Victoria.

It was a absolute amazing experience food was a grade and so were the staff, and will definitely recommend it and will definitely be going back

One of the best pizzas we’ve had in Melbourne. We also had the seafood risotto and it was lovely. Staff was super accomodating and the ambiance was very family friendly.

The food is always delicious and in great quantity, staff are super friendly and a good time in general is to be had by all.

Great place, service and food. Driven past so many times and often wondered what it may be like, its a recommend from me.
Try the Semifreddo desert, it was the highlight of a great experience. Sorry no photos, you'll just have to take my word for it. Enjoy!

Had a delicious meal with my partner at this fine restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

Food was amazing, atmosphere was great. This isn't without the hard workers who provided sensational service. Shoutouts to the younger girl with black hair and the barista/bloke who served us our wine who engaged our group well for our friend's birthday. The chefs made a mean Chargrilled seafood pasta. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Get those workers a payrise, not even kidding, they are of so much value to your establishment.

Was looking forward for tonight's dinner but unfortunately the night turned sour, when after ordering entrees and wine and ordering mains and telling the waitresses that we wanted a break before our mains were brought out. Our entrees came out at a reasonable time, but midway through our entrees our mains were also brought out, my daughter explained to one of the waitresses that we asked the original waitress that we asked for a breather, she took it back to the kitchen, the original waitress then came to our table and asked us if we were ready for a our mains, not even two minutes later! Tas was one of the male waiters who then came to our table and said that they had issues with their three chefs and wasn't sure what they were doing in the kitchen.
The mains came out reheated either in the microwave or oven, you could tell by cream and sauces were dried out, wasn't freshly made, the waitresses avoided us for the rest of the night didn't come up to us to at least re fill our glasses with water or ask us if we wanted desert or coffee, so I got the jest that was our cue to pay and leave. After voicing to Tas how the night went we left really disappointed with the experience with the reheated food and poor service, once bitter twice shy.

Couldn’t rave about this place more. We loved it, high quality food, fantastic service (shout out to the blonde server) and strong cocktails too.we will be back!

Staff are amazing and very accomdating. The table we booked wasn't the best for our older companions (both have hearing issues) so they moved us to the back of the restaurant so we could all hear each other. Food was beautiful (massive meals). Fast, hot, and tasty. We were here on a Tuesday night post-covid (March 2nd) and the restaurant was bustling.great to see as it is well deserved.

Nice space and they try hard but the food is below standard. Appears these are new owners. The calamari is not calamari, it is fake white stuff in a circle like a deep fried donut. Disgusting. This is Malvern, serve proper food. We ordered 7 main courses. Each was below average. The Caesar Salad with warm chicken came with cold chicken and was limp and tastelss. The pastas were average with thin buttery sauce. Lamb shank too dry. Punters know good food. Not going back

Went for dinner tonight with 3 other friends and not one of us could fault a thing. The food, service, prices and atmosphere was amazing

Had the most enjoyable dinner with friends. The outdoor dining had the most beautiful atmosphere. Amazing service and all meals & cocktails were delicious! Highly Recommend Sugo.

Went with a group of 9 people, very good food and very good service, however when using the male bathroom 3/4 of the guys mentioned afterwards how dirty they where and that there where men’s pubes on the urinal and it smelled really bad and hasn’t been cleaned in a while.

The restaurant its self is really warm, inviting and comfortable. Its one of those places you could sit for hours enjoying the beautiful food.

The food was delicious and the menu has something for everyone and we found it to be really good value.

The staff were so friendly and attentive.

Overall it great experience. We will be back!

Standard Italian food and quality. This restaurant is relatively overpriced. This place can get very noisy and service can be poor at times.

Nowhere near good enough, waiter was nonchalant but lacking knowledge, we ordered 5 sharing plates and a small pizza, he said it's a bit much for 2 ppl, we replied we are in no hurry and want to try a range of food,
10 minutes after ordering all 5 plates were in front of us, and a few moments later the pizza,
The calamari was brought in by the kitchen in a bag frozen and fried no question, pieces totally uniform,
Bread for olive oil was cold straight from fridge, meatballs had to microwaved as was they pizzahit, ok the table before we tried the wine.
Fair amount of food was left untouched as it all hit the table together and went cold.
Wouldn't last 5 minutes in an area with better places around it

Sugo by other reviews, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I ordered Char grilled Seafood Linguine with Chilli. Hardly any Seafood. Too much Pasta, TASTLESS. Not recommended. Worst of all. TOO NOISY. Waitress INSISTED
my friend have Red wine with his Steak.
