After initial troubles with my groupon voucher and poor contact from a certain manager, Sumi has been in touch and offered to rectify the problems. Which is very appreciated. I would suggest talking to her if you plan to visit them as she was very understanding and helpful.

I can't recommend Sumi and her team highly enough. I've gone to their Prahran salon for 18 months and now Southland. Not only are they delightful to deal with, the salon is super hygienic, the prices are excellent and I always walk out happy. They manage to get a great shape from difficult brows every time! I've also just decided to go head with feathering and Sumi is a true pro. Patient and caring when I was nervous and the result has exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier!

I got my facial done by Serena for the first time, she explained every procedure to me and was very nice and friendly. My face felt more clean and hydrated afterwards and was really happy with the end result. The packages are affordable and worth the money. Will definitely be going back some time soon.

No reviews about this place so I was hesitant to try it but I’m glad I did! Highly recommend, such lovely staff. I was terribly nervous about trying sugaring for the first time, but I was talked through what to expect and helped through the nerves that I had. Pricing is very reasonable in my opinion aswell.

Got my eyebrow feathering done, now i have eyebrows yaayyy. Listened carefully to what I wanted and gave a very natural look. I was so scared to try but it was made sure at every stage that i was comfortable.
