Suds Laundrette

This place is the bees knees. I accidentally fell asleep one night waiting for my laundry (the couches they have there are super comfy). Anyway one of the guys who I think owns the place and if not definjtely works there woke me up in the morning and gave me a bottle of water and two kit Kats. He was also insistent that I help myself to their detergent and softener, and was consistently helpful throughout my time there. The other person working there who I think is also an owner was an equally helpful woman. Aside from the awesome customer service the machines are all good quality and everything is reasonably priced. The whole place feels nice and clean unlike a lot of other coin launderettes. Also I noticed you can pay by card if you prefer and if you need any notes or coins exchanged the staff are more than happy to help you with that too. Highly recommend this place. Also love that it's open24 hours.

Place is falling apart. Machines are broken down. Most of them do not take cash and others don't take CC payment. The place is a dump, management does not keep up the place at all. They don't even have a working coin machine (broken). Why even open the door if you have a place like this?

Very cool place, clean and well maintained, you can even pay using credit card to pay now. Coin is probably thing in the past!

What a joke this place is. Only accepting $1 coins and not having a change machine, or accepting card payments.it’s 2018! 7/11 understandably refusing people coins as every second person needs it to be able to do any washing! Wasted over an hour running around just trying to get enough change for a wash and dry. Never again.

Have been using Suds ironing and dry cleaning regularly for the past 4 months. The service and response time of the staff is fantastic. Especially love the locker drop-off and pick up system that can be used 24/7. Great service guys!

Do not dry clean your suits here. Stuffed up my wool/poly suit. You get what you pay for I suppose. Lesson learnt. If it is a high ticket item you are wanting to dryclean, go somewhere else.

Very friendly staff, nice environment to sit and read while waiting, the machines were modern and clean. Good selection of different-sized machines. I can't speak for the pricing since I'm new to the area.

Suds is fantastic! I have been going there for years, its easy and convenient! The washing machines and dryers are amazing and I would recccomend to anyone in need of a quick wash! Belinda and her staff are also very welcoming and friendly! 5 starts!

My dad went early this morning to give my suite to be pressed. Staff member rudely asked him to "take the suite out" and informed him to that they can't just press the suite and advised it needs to be dry cleaned as well which he agreed to. Was advised it will take more than 3 days to dry clean one suite that we needed urgently the next day. Staff could have handled the situation better and more politely. We would have been willing to spend more to get the suite dry cleaned faster, but immediately left due to the poor customer service.

Horrible, took half the day and about $30 just to dry my towels. Cheaper to buy own equipment than using this place.

I had a really good experience here. Had 13 shirts that needed drying and ironing (I washed them myself at home). They dried in 12 minutes ($2) and all were ironed beautifully. For someone who's pretty meticulous with my ironing, I was impressed
