Other people's powdered detergent everywhere and impossible to clean because of fake grass.washers smell of mould. $30 to wash two people's items, $14 for 2 washers fixed for 30 mins, with your own detergent, $8 for a 50 minute dry - dryer didn't dry our stuff - when it wasn't a large load.cant change the lint bins.despite the seating areas it's not welcoming nor enjoyable - and that's not the radio at fault! Needlessly expensive.

Unclean, expensive, washers leave stuff soaked, cockroaches around store when it's late, customers steal your detergent

The washing machine ripped my clothes, the dryer didn’t work, incredibly dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.

The best laundrette that's closest to where I live.friendly staff and conveniently open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week so I have no excuse in getting caught out with dirty washing. Pricing is also reasonable and you can pay by coin or by card. Love it here

Expensive, dirty and has terrible quality machines. I had to pay $20 to get my laundry dry which usually costs $8 at my local laundromat. The washing machines leave the clothes soaking wet. I felt uneasy leaving my things unattended and the place isn't pleasant to be in with bad music playing really loudly. Unless you're in a pinch and need a 24 hour laundromat I would avoid!

One vending machine is broken, and another only takes card (no cash). Washing machines accept $1, $2 or 20¢ coins as cash: that's literally it (digital payment notwithstanding). I'm charitably rating this place based on the convenience of its location and 24/7 availability. My biggest gripe is with the radio: having it blare obnoxiously-loud ads, annoying earworms and distorted whitenoise at EVERY single frikkin' hour of the day turns a 15-20 minute wait into an endurance contest to see how much dad-rock and Frank Walker ads I can stomach without going spakko.

Very messy and dirty, no coin machine, my clothes are still soaking after spending $6 just on the dryer and they smell weird. Do not recommend this laundromat at all. I’m not usually fussy but this was a bad experience.

Not clean. Paid $11 to dry a load of clothes on the “high heat” setting. What a joke, obviously not a great dryer. Not coming back.

Not very clean and seems to attract undesirable chapel st community members.twice now when i have left laundry unattended in the dryer i have returned to find it interfered with - once by some trouble making teenagers and another time a homeless woman was taking off with a freshly dried load of my laundry in her shopping trolley! (i snatched that back whilst delivering a scathing word or two)

Avoid. Wasted $6 for a wash cycle that left clothes soapy and $4 for 24 minutes on high heat with the clothes soaking wet. Place was also a disaster inside. Zero redeemable qualities.

Don’t buy snacks from the vending machine, they never fall through and you can get refund.has happened multiple times now

Wasn’t expecting any service when going to a laundromat but was very impressed with the service I received by the two lovely people there.although the prices were a bit expensive the people were very helpful with what setting to wash my blankets on and even gave me some wool wash. Will definitely be back here

Unfortunately we won’t be going back. The pictures are not reflective of the inside and the experience with the dryer that took almost two hours to deliver damp clothes was enough to suggest we try another laundromat ‍️. We did our own washing so I can only speak to that experience.

Very cute and very chic, has a lot of facilities such as one time servings of sulphur and detergent to purchase through their vending machine. They also have the option of paying by card, which is helpful if you don’t have the right amount of coins (They only accept 20c and $1 coins). As a laundromat it falls on the pricey side but it does the job so that’s a subjective choice.

Have been going here for about a month since moving to the area as it was close to prahran market where we get our fresh fruit and veg, that is the only positive I have to write about this place, it's location. It's extremely expensive and we've had an issue every week. The coin machine doesn't work, so unless you know this before hand and only have $1 coins you can't get washing powder. We've just had our laundry and it wasn't spun so we paid $6 sopping wet clothes and the dryers are so expensive and don't dry your clothes even after 40 minutes. Absolute joke of a place do not come here

Very nice place. Clean. I went to three other laundromats in this area, but couldn't find one with a change machine as I didn't have coins. Luckily found Suds and it even has online payment. The change machine there was out of order. The machines are new looking and the atmosphere is nice too. Definitely will go back.

Coin exchange was out of order which is understandable due to covid 19 but from other reviews it appears to have been out of order for over a year, washing machines either don't do a spin cycle or they are broken and unable too, $6 for a half hour wash that leaves clothes as wet as if you soaked them in a sink is simply unacceptable from a coin laundry, also the inability to empty the lint draw yourself is quite frankly unhygienic. Safe to say I will not be coming back here.

Have been using the Suds Laundrette home pick up and delivery service for several months now. (South Yarra area)
Prompt, polite and professional service. Nothing is too hard for them, always receive the clothing and linen back in great condition, shirt ironed well and protected. Highly recommend!

Nice laundry set up, easy online payments so no cash required. This place is pet friendly and the nice owners usually have their cute dog with them
