Had a real good experience older man behind the counter seemed like a real people's person and make my experience worth the 5 stars.

Staff member standing around playing on his phone, then puts his gloves on and continues to play with his phone. Then proceeded to make a sandwich while wearing the same gloves.

That's disgusting.

Alex provided fantastic customer service and made the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. He genuinely cared about my experience and ensured I was happy with everything. Cheers mate, I’ll definitely be coming back!

This subway makes up fake subway policies such as not being able to choose your bread on toasties and other rubbish. Kind of disappointing as its the closest subway to me. I just go to the South Melbourne one instead now.

I regularly go to this Subway. The service is fantastic and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I went there for dinner on Thursday and I was attended by two friendly girls. The service was great and fast. I got the sandwich with fresh topping. Definitely I will go back!

Was served by a young long haired blond man who was so lovely, even though it being so late at night. Service from this young man was 5 stars! I believe he said his name was Val.

Really great service on Tuesday evening from this very charismatic young man with an Italian accent, he was so friendly and helpful, and accommodated my veganism. Definitely going back!

Only two types of bread left at 12pm. The server was deaf and kept forgetting what I asked for and was rude. Footlong wasn't cut and the ingredients were haphazardly thrown in. What a waste of food court space; management should be ashamed

Refused to serve customers despite being open because they were "too tired". Terrible service.

Fresh bread and salad served always unlike some other Subways I have been to that serves stale bread and veggies that have been kept for long. They probably sell a lot, so the bread and veggies move quickly. They are open 24 hours from Thursday to Sunday.

Subway is nice for a easy fresh salad or my favourite a meatball 12 inch sub and you can get it in a meal deal with drink and cookies which are also very nice.
