Falafal was not properly cooked and even lady who js working over there she denied to make it another. Worst food and worst service

Worst subway I ever had in life came today and bought large salad. But the girl working giving very little amount of salad. I have paid $15+ for uncooked falafel. It’s like came out from frozen and served directly to customers. Not recommending this place to eat.

These guys know how to make a proper sub! Have been going here for about 6 months now because the quality is amazing, literally the best sandwiches around. Staff are very friendly and open to a good chat, great experience!

I ordered a sub box and the girl working there charged me separately for sub and drink when i asked about the cookies she said you gotta pay extra for it i told her i ordered sub box she left me on the counter and started attending other customers very rude and unprofessional

Worst unhygenic place. The girl was mopping the store and started making food without washing hands. What a shame.

Today I had lunch there and accidentally left my $70 water bottle behind and they kept it behind the counter for me until I returned after I finished my shift 9 hours later. Greatly appreciated!
All the staff especially the owners are super nice and always hard working. They always greet me with a big smile and have chat. Food is always fresh and the place is always spotless and clean.

One of the Best Subway I ever had around Australia I would say, Karleen and her daughter made it as per requested and were very calm even in the busy lunch time. I would say Quality is 5 star and great customer service. It's a small Subway but I would highly recommend people to have a sub here if anytime you are in the crown food court.

Keep an eye when going into this store, make sure you get everything what you have asked for, the girl who served me love to miss few salads once requested, $14.95 for a footlong with little salads. Great job definitely coming back.

I arrivedat 8: 45 PM and the lady refused to service me, advising that it's closed. It would have taken her to make my request only 5 min. But she didn't even asked what i would like to have. If it's says closing at 9 PM the service should be provided till that exact time. I've worked in the hospitality and we serviced the customers to the last minute. Very disappointing.

I have been a subway customer for a long time (various stores) and like many others I have my favourite sub. Today was my first visit to this store and without a doubt, I was served the best subway sandwich I've ever had. The store owner served me; the roll was perfect, it was toasted without being hard, the cheese was melted and the salads were put on "in the correct order".

My only regret was not ordering a couple cookies to see how good they could be too.

Unfortunately this is not my local Subway, which means I will forever be disappointed with mediocre subs unless I'm at Crown.

Subway crown is the go to best customer service they so nice and talk to everyone and she made me win on roulette

On the 30th of September at I had a really bad and rude experience with one of the staff, talking rudely to me, I asked her to make the footlong extra toasted she got frustrated at me and giving weird looks as well as when I said cucumber she repeats it to her friend and they both laughed thinking it’s funny making fun of people. She completely doesn't have a respectable speech expression. If you don’t like to treat the customers in a nice manner then leave your job, some people have problems in their life and they don’t deserve to be treated that way. I’m a blood collector and I would never ever treat people in that disgusting manner.

Hands down the best Subway we've ever been to. The owner Karleen made the best looking Subways we've seen. She and her daughter were so lovely and friendly and even gave me two Subway cookies for free as its my birthday. What a pleasant experience. Thankyou lovely people.

I had very bad experienced from the female owner and daughter. They were rude and not helpful with customer enquiries. Sorry I am not going back to this Subway and wouldn't recommend as well.

Over priced compared to all other SUBWAYS this place is at least $3 more than any Subway around the city how can this be what a rip terrible just ordered in Clarendon st 700 meters away with a total menu that is realistic on PRICE stay away
