39 Only person in Subway waited while 2 staff made 4 subs for a Uber order
then my 6inch sub was only 4inches when I mentioned this she just shrugged. Also the wrong sauce was put on one of my orders not happy with service or the food.
Excellent friendly and helpful staff when we visited. Kept to the Covid spacing requirements. Will gladly recommend the lunch crew that served us over the last 2 days.
WORST SUBWAY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Rude and very blunt staff, i cant believe i have been served in Australia with that bad attitude towards customer. Never visiting again a. Got my order wrong and the staff rudely blaming me for not confirming.no apologies no courtesy what so ever.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - RUDE & BLUNT STAFF
Very rude lady serving there this morning she throws the cheese and putting chkn in my order like she was fed up of work very rude serivice i never been had of experience like that in subway highly not recommended
Got served by a lady who appeared to be having a bad day, very blunt.
I ordered a chicken fillet toasted. The chicken was put on my roll cold and toasted for barely a minuet which didnt even fully toast the roll let alone heat the chicken. Chicken was cold and still looked like it was straight out the fridge.
I was told this is the new way they heat the chicken as some of the toasters now heat the meat.which it didn't even make warm.
Was given a smaller portion of chicken pieces, I asked for a few more pieces and was told I could pay $2.00 extra for double meat. This would be way too much meat. I then had to pay extra for the following items:
1. Gluten free $1.00
2. Avocado $1.00
3. Beetroot $1.00
4. Pineapple $1.00
In the end I paid $14.00 (AUD) for a wrap that didn't have enough chicken.
Never going back.
Was hilarious actually. I ordered a chicken fillet etc.the lady was like wat salads? I said lettuce.she proceeded to put disgusting wilted lettuce on my sandwich. Dont know if u care but you might want to correct this
Amazing customer service, food is delicious. Store would benefit from a small renovation as it looks a bit outdated.
We are intermittent visitors, and there is usual 8 weeks between visits. Every time the staff are unfriendly. They didn’t have milk 3 out of the last 4 times. The next visit the coffee machine was broken. The next time after that the coffee machine was still broken as well as the toaster. We have given up on this subway even though it was conveniently located.
My partner and I ordered two 6 inch subs and when stating what we would like we had to repeat every ingredient about 5 times and the female that served us was so dull and had zero enthusiasm at all. Normally staff are great there but this new female does not represent the company we'll at all.
We’ve been here 3 times since last December and every time they didn’t have bread during dinner time! The staff didn’t know how to prepare a wrap properly.
We got there 10 minutes before closing and the very friendly still made our subs even though he was over it

Was the only one in the store at the time and was treated like it was busy with nothing more than a grunt hello and no thank you what so ever for my purchase.
You'd think being a public holiday the staff who are on casual wages would be somewhat cheery about earning extra money, but obviously not at Subway Chelsea!
The eating area wasn't very clean, strange especially since I was the only one there besides the two staff.
The staff were nice and made a great sandwich.
No sense of urgency here. People put the wrong salads on and had to remake. Then didn't bother giving me everything is asked for.
Izzy is a great Subway worker. He is great with the customers and always gives us excellent service. Return customers just hoping he will be working. Great worker and would be a great manager.
To give this place higher than a 2 star isnt possible. I saw 2 flies land on the cheddar cheese for 10-15 seconds. The blonde old aged lady saw it and instead of removing the cheese she chucked it back into the other cheese with a sulky attitude.
The workstation was a disgrace. It was hardly busy and it was messy, salads and bits all over the place.
If the health inspector had walked in, they would be shut down by now
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Store Manager Taylor had absolutely appalling service. Incredibly rude - I will never go to subway again because of her and my experience today.
