39If their could be a option of giving negative stars I could have given that the that lady was preparing the food she was throwing the salads on the bread roll was massed up I told her to not to put many pickles but she didn’t listened to me and filled it with pickles worst ever Subway in the australia. Surely I am going to complain about this.
Favourite subway by far, ladies over lunch are always so polite and always will make sure you’re happy with the service. The energy makes you want to come back and have a conversation while getting delicious food. Highly recommend.
What a terrible store and service- we went in at 1: 30pm lunchtime and they had run out of meatballs, tomato and cucumber. The server said they were out of everything, as it had been busy, but he was too lazy to check out the back for more. No discount offered either.
Don’t bother ordering Uber from here.
This store has a policy of making in-store customer orders before any delivery orders. I ordered lunch 3 days in a row only to wait over 2 hours each time.
The 3rd time I contacted the delivery driver and asked why it was taking so long. He explained to me that the store refused to make my order until there was no customers left in the cue.
I went down to the store stood in the line and watched them serve and prepare customer order after customer order until I got to the front of the line. I asked them why they were not preparing my Uber order.
They informed me that their policy is to serve ‘in-store customers’ and only do delivery orders when the store is empty of customers.
I asked him to prepare my order as I had ordered online 55 minutes ago.
Absolute JOKE!
Both staff said it was Subway policy.
I have since contacted Subway and was informed that the staff are incorrect. NOT A SUBWAY POLICY.
MY STAFF AND I NOW ONLY ORDER FROM PATTERSON LAKES OR MORDIALLOC SUBWAY.

Great customer service and the young lady
Rori was very patient and the food was great and the place was very clean.
Completely missed an order on my online order.tried calling but it was always engaged.not impressed
Disgusting, they don't treat you well at all, they speak to every customer poorly because they now have to do work. You can't order online an hour before it closes if not earlier.
Honestly if you have open and close times stick to them.
Been here a few times and they don’t go by the times online or on the door.
Guys figure out if your running a business.
Says it's open, it's not! This is on a Tuesday at 6: 30pm. No notification on the website. Not good enough.
And 1 star is being generous, the service was absolutely shocking.
Spoken to like I was an inconvenience, mind you it wasn't even busy! Really should have gone elsewhere, the staff member that took my payment was the only decent one there, the other two need to learn basic customer service skills.
We ordered 8 cookies, and a chicken bacon ranch sw and an Italian bmt sw. These have been the best batches of subway sandwiches we have had in a while. Props to the fella with green hair he packed my partners sandwich really well. My chicken sandwich was toasted perfectly. Yum!

The two girls who served me had great customer service skills, also someone who has to eat gluten free she was very nice when I asked her to change her gloves. The best thing is she wrapped the gluten free wrap so well I actually could eat it without it falling all over the place or breaking apart so I was very pleased with my meal and it tasted amazing. Thanks girls
Came in today and they said they didn’t have white bread or meatballs. The staff are extremely rude and completely unprepared. Had to go to a different subway, will be avoiding this one in future.
Uber eats order. Ordered 2 cookies only one delivered. Had Ordered 3 subs one of it had no meat in it. Called them they said must be drivers fault. Sorry did the driver open the order and eat just the meat?
I have been to this Subway several times. Sometimes as Customer and many times as Uber Driver. The staff is very rude and carry loads of attitude. There is always a scope for change and improvement, but not this place. They are always consistently rude. I thought I was the only one who had this bitter experience, but many have expressed their awful experiences.
The most disgusting subway I have ever been to.rude staff.the salad bar was absolutely manky as and you could tell that the food was cut up and stored from days ago.hair found on my actual wrapper too.how this place is open and that I didn't contract salmonella is beyond me, the only fresh thing I purchased was the bottle of water from the fridge.
Just came in and had some of the worst service ever. The lady was one of the rudest person I have ever come across in regards to customer service. The lady was unfriendly, cold and disrespectful. She made the sub in a poor manner and left me leaving subway in a poor mood.
Friendly staff specially the girl who works there is very good. Good quality subs. Excellent service
