Not much of a fan of this place, very stingy with the toppings, barely put anything, for example I ordered a foot long veggie delight and asked for capsicum amoungst other things and literally got 3 small pieces put on. It's a shame this is the closest one and has put us off subway a bit: (
The most worst store in whole Melbourne. Staff is so rude that they don’t know how to deal with customers and and not making the things exactly as a customer need. If there is an option to rate them 0 i will surely do that but system doesn’t allows me to do it. Never going to that place anymore.
Absolutely awful service! Was treated SO rudely. Questioned staff about if I had to pay for Pineapple (normally get told when you ask for it) got told yes then only had 3 pieces put onto a 6" sub 3 PIECES! When I said if I am going to have to pay I want to get a good amount for my $$$ (which I have done in previous stores and had it fall out of the sub) she was SO RUDE when I politely question her! NEVER going back!
The girl making the food for you is always rude, however the man at the counter where you pay is lovely.
How do you pull this out of the toaster oven and think it is okay to deliver to a customer?
Just because its a delivery order and the customer isn't standing in front of you watching you make the sandwich, doesnt mean you should have no quality control.
Also very cheap on the fillings compared to other subways.
Please do better.
Food was cold, 30 minutes late and burnt, do not order from this restraunt if are looking for an eatable meal
If I could give no stars I would, I ordered food from there to be delivered and it arrived very late, cold, missing key ingredients and one sandwich even had an insect in it apon unwrapping it.
So I drove down to have our sandwiches remade or refunded and I was met with very rude and completely dismissive owners! Told me the insect must have came from my house, and said there was nothing wrong with how they had put the sandwiches together.again soo rude to tell me I was at fault, why would I drive down there if I wasn’t severely disappointed with what I paid to be delivered!
I won’t ever eat or order from there again and I highly recommend you don’t either to avoid dissapointment and being spoken to so rudely!

Ordered 3 foot longs. The 2 Parma foot longs come with no red sauce (hello, what is a Parma) and one of the foot longs come with a bug. We drive back to get the order corrected and they take no responsibility what so ever. As you can see in the pictures, a bug and no red sauce. The owner was extremely rude saying we ordered chicken classics and said the bug occurred during delivery - despite us showing him the order receipt. I wish we looked at the reviews before ordering. A massive let down to the Subway franchise and the local community.
They were really professional in preparing sandwiches, changed clothes for veg sandwiches after making non veg sandwich.
If i could give no stars i would. I’ve been to this store more than once and i will no longer be going back. The food is poor quality and when ordering through Uber they ALWAYS massacre the sandwich. Today, i ordered a footlong and only received a 6 inch. When i called the store the manager told me he made my order and it was correct, but he made it as 2 6 inch sandwiches, not as 1 12 inch.i called him a liar as he didn’t even get the bread right.
Worst experience in Subway. Asked for salad, but it just filled less than half. No receipt is provided not even asked if I need it.
The lady who made my sandwich today greeted me with an angry face. If you don’t know how to give a smile and put aside your issues while you work then don’t work. Sloppily made meatball 6 inch (12: 40pm), throwing everything on like she needs to get somewhere (just myself in the line). Lucky the lady who was at the till gave customer service like how it’s suppose to be done, otherwise it would have been 1 star. I suggest you talk to her about customer service because I just work down the road and would not be going back there for lunch. First and last time.
The avocado was completely brown and I was only given a half-serving despite being charged full price.
One of the better Subways around, not to stingy on the filling and make the sandwich just right.
Normally love Subway but, here was an awful quality of food. 2 Meatballs in a wrap and old brown salad? Gross. Don't waste your money here untill they do some serious improvements.
Generally good, would love staff not to snort while making sandwiches and not rush so much so you have chunks of products rather than spread along the sandwich.
Really really poor store. Staff clearly don't want to be there and seldom do promotions all other outlets in the area are doing. Leave ubereats orders unconfirmed until they time out and cancel. Don't waste your time or money here.
If you get the right person taking your order can be a great meal as a footlong, very filling with plenty of choice on the menu, just keep an eye on how they make it sometimes it can be just a slap it on Sally who doesn't really care how it lands, just tell em to spread it evenly
Came here at 8 36pm, went inside and she said that they are closed, on the door is says they are open to nine and she told me it means she has to be out by 9. Funny that. Wasted a drive
