42 Worst Subway ever!
Terrible customer service, they are always out of items even though they not long ago opened, can’t follow simple instructions like toasted/extra/no/etc
The staff are just terrible
Overpriced compared to other subweys in the area. Terrible customer service and the way he slapped the ingredients on my sub was terrible. Will not be back.
Unsurprisingly unhygenic. Female server goes from creating our subs, to handling our money, to making the next sub all without ever changing gloves.it's a basic thing but makes you wonder what else they're not keeping hygenic.
Subs themselves are also lean on toppings. Each slice of cheese, leaf of spinach is counted out to just cover the layer and not any more. It's sad if this is what Subway has become.
Would rate zero If i could.
Having terrible quality and tasting subway served, missing items I was sure charged for, and then having the staff argue in front of me in their native tongue does very little to make a positive experience.
Then, to have the Manager throw me a useless line about "Sharing my experience with their staff to make it right" fixes nothing.
You charged me extra for things I didnt get - The subs and salads tasted TERRIBLE!
Will never return.

Basically useless, won't make a chicken parma sub.
Staff had terrible customer service and were too busy talking to their friends.
Had to actually get their attention to be served.
Skimped on salads and sauce and had to ask for more.
Chopping boards were dirty and needed to be cleaned or thrown out.
Got charged for a foot long instead of a six inch, got some refund, no idea if it was actually correct or not though. Staff are either incompetent or actually trying to overcharge

I wish I could give less than one star. The customer service here is actually shocking. From having no people skills, good phone edict (if they even pick up) or general organisation.the quality of the food on the other hand is pretty much the same as any subway so no big complaints there.
Absolutely putrid.young rude girls with gold chains have never been my thing but these ones inparticular cant even make a sandwich and be half nice about it.i feel sorry for there future husbands
Generally good, they could take an extra few seconds to ensure an even spread along the sandwich as it can be a bit patchy from time to time. Nice and fresh sandwiches in general.
Everything as expected, no problems, decent sandwiches. Cleanest Subway in Australia. These ladies are on it.
Absolutely horrible the girl behind the counter was sneezing all over the food I got home and ate it and now I have a head cold and bed ridden
Worst quality and service I experienced in any Subway. Poor quality of ingredients and quantity were easily less than half of any other subway. They only think of reducing the cost.

This subway is trash. I ordered a sub and they legit SQUASHED the sub in front of my eyes, until it was FLAT. I'm not happy. Terrible customer service, makes you wait for several minutes for no reason. Like what are you trying to do? Repel customers by ruining the food after making it. They don't even smile once which gives off a very depressing vibe. DON'T COME HERE goto another Subway if you don't want a SQUASHEDDD sub
Service is general good. Disappointed that they don't give you the same amount of fillings as other stores.
Absolutely disgusting ordered via uber. Food arrived Absolutely disgusting and the bottle of drink was warm. I wouldn't even give it to my dog that's how bad it was because it was a soggy mess. When we complained all they say is claim back through uber which is a nightmare and so is this shop. Subway need to look into this shop. They are quick to take your money and all they say is sorry nothing else but sorry. The manager needs to get a grip you are ripping people off and I will ring the health department because the place is dirty.

Rolls were definitely not fresh baked that day. At least a day old if not two.
Lettuce and tomato was nowhere near fresh either.
Sandwich butcher was very abrupt in manner and also threw ingredients on making little to no effort to ensure an even spread of ingredients through the sandwich. I was the only customer so there was no need for hurry.
Went here at 11am on 22/2/22 to see if they were better than Boronia. They aren't by a long shot. A 2.8 star average is a small miracle for this rat hole.
Terrible service. The last 3 times we have ordered via menulog they have failed to meet the simplest of satisfaction. Either incorrect order or after over an hour they have just cancelled the order. Will NEVER NEVER buy or order from this shop again. Very dissapointing
Not covid safe at all! Nose and mouth completely exposed while handling food. Not the frist time its happened. Few days earlier came for lunch and all 3 personal had their mask down exposing thier noses. Should be fined!
I got a meatball 6 inch with everything that’s not of extra cost today. I honestly got the tiniest portion I’ve ever been given on this 6 inch. I regularly go to Subways and never has it been this tiny… I was very unsatisfied. I ate it almost as fast as I would a small Macca’s burger. Never coming back to this Subway again. Was just ridiculous, especially as they don’t even do the $5 six inch deal here. If it was $5 then it would have been ridiculous, but at least not as outrageous.
We had an online order from the app, our subs had no avocado or beetroot - which we ordered - the wrong type of bread, a footlong instead of a 6inch and a sub which was completely wrong, none of the right elements.when we walked in to collect it the worker was just sitting there on their phone.they could have used that time to get our order correct.i don’t recommend.
