44Ordered through subway app for pickup in 30min. So went there after 45min to pickup and to my agony they didn't even check their online order system where it was ready to pickup. To get worse, didn't bother to apologize and gave lame excuse that it was busy and can now make mine in 1min! Come on when I was there were 2 customers ordering and it didn't look busy at all and if it's takes only a min to make mine, very surprised that they couldn't get a minute out of 45min to make my order! Never ever going back to this franshise as they are rude and zero customer service! Best to go other subway near to Carl'sJunior burger
Absoloute joke, waited around for a good hour for my sub and they missed half of the ingredients.terrible service.
