I ordered 3 footlongs with vegie pettie, the girl prepared the order seems to be in rush did not toast the veggie pettie properly, it was just like frozen.

Newly refurbished and looks nice and fresh. Sadly the same old staff though. They just don't really care and I've never seen one of them smile any time I've been in there. Also possibly the stingiest subway I've been too. Quick to charge you for every extra but barely give you any.

Dont go here if your anything but indian its just complete with racism absolutely disgusting behaviour

Terrible, the food is dry everytime i went there & the salad soggy. Last time i ever went there, there were 2 indian girls front counter working SUPER SLOW while they were talking & mucking about & I had to repeat myself because of this several times. I had to tell them to hurry up at one point & they started speaking in another language.

Ill rate my patience 5 star because with my build, I really could have jumped the counter & slapped the tf out of both of them

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Staff were really rude. No hospitality at all. The worst place for take away food in Cranbourne.

It was so dirty in there and the servers clothing where filthy i turn around and walked out. No way id eat un there

My meatball salad was stone cold. No temperature in the meatballs which is very dangerous and I’m hoping I don’t get sick from it. No apologises. Was Brought to the attention of staff and they didn’t apologise or seem to care about the products they are making and selling.

Meets the nonexistent standards of Indian street food in both location and staff cleanliness and food quality, if you know what I mean. Made a mistake of going in there once, never again. Glad I didn’t end up with food poisoning. Take a wide berth of this place.

What a fantastic residence. Well planned house with everything you could want for a beachside holiday. Some nice waves on the small beach for those interested.

Well, there's Subway, and then there's Subway.
This was a average dosage of a meal if that's what you called it.
The bloke pitter patted scarcely bits of condiments and vegetable matters. Wanted to say something but was hungry and wanted out of there.
All I can say is LIFT your game at this store or it'll fall apart, , convenient is their only worthy option.

Five people and only one person is being served. Got to the end when they ask for sauce, and I said “just a line of mayo” the lady who was serving me proceeded to squeeze the bottle as if it owed her money. Absolutely lathered the mayo on like she was trying to hide the sandwich under it… much more then a line aye? Absolutely ruined the sandwich. I took a single bite, and then threw the rest out due to how much damned sauce was in it. After a 15 minute wait. What a waste of money, and going from all the people standing around, what a waste of staff

An extra $1.50 for pineapple and an extra $1.50 for beetroot. It would be nice to be told when you ask for them. Not great experience there in the past at that store either.

Never had a bad sub from this store and always found the staff very polite with quick service also it's a Subway with a drive-thru.bet you don't see many of those

Haven't even left the shop yet writing this review but terrible service, wasn't even listening to my order several times had to repeat myself, no sense of personality on one of the girls, spoke in their own language in front if customers, no hygiene practices constantly touching everything with the same gloves, no communication and plain rude when asking other customers to wait a moment as they finish up something.i will take the extra few mins to drive to Casey Central rather than visit this one ever again.oh p.s if you order subway from door dash dont especially when it comes from this store

Bad service and no manners how talk with customers I feel like girls Have not enough training to work at store look like no manager or owner on side feel like bread not fresh when we been store one girl taking order drive through and she is touching her hair second girl on break not sit nice while on break I am feeling this store worker not happy to work there God luck for there business I am not going again

Went through the drive-thru, it took them 20 mins to serve the one car in front before they got to me. Gave me a sub with hardly any sauce in it, undercooked cookies and a warm drink (that wasn't supposed to be warm).
Probably the worst subway I've ever come across tbh. Do not recommend!

Slow service despite 3 people on the line. I had to ask the lady to change gloves as her were dirty with other sauces and meats, seeing as i was getting a veggie delight she should have known to change gloves.
The other ladies were touching hair and clothes with their gloves then touching the food which is GROSS.
They were very rude and did my sand which completely first, then my partners which meant mine sat on the side to get soggy

The sandwiches were so disappointing, a pinch of cheese on a foot long, and barely any sauce, They just don’t care. So disappointing

While the food was reasonable, to say the least, we waited 1.5hrs for dinner. They blamed it on uber eats, but changed from finishing up to preparing order halfway through, causing the first driver to leave the queue to pickup.
Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a trend. They shouldn't be on uber eats! It's that simple. And uber wouldn't let me leave a complaint so here I am. Avoid them. Run very far away and order something else known for excellent service and delivery. It's not worth the screaming kids.

Almost every single time I have been here they have stuffed up my food and to top it off they are always so rude. My mother went through the drive-thru today to only be served again by these rude girls - will not be returning back there again!
