Pineapple tasted like ammonia and my son was in hospital for 3 days with food poisoning. Expect to be sued

The lady that put through the orders was coughing and coughing. The food was VERY tasteless not impressed

Blonde girl at the counter with messy bun and wearing a spicy tshirt, isn’t very nice to the man that is a trainee employee. Keeps pushing infront of him and death staring him just because he is a bit slower then others working there. Which is okay because his LEARNING. It’s subway not a five star restaurant calm down sis

This was an excellent Subway! Very clean and the two female staff members were really efficient and obviously worked well as a team. Both subs were well prepared (didn't collapse in opening the wrapping) and extremely tasty.

Usually pretty clean and the staff are quite friendly. It does get busy but what do you expect? A really nice subway in my opinion - the manager has also gone above and beyond for us and it was a really positive experience

Best subway in Melbourne. Its always clean and they serve you really quick. Staff are super friendly and always up for a chat.

I ordered an Italian BMT through Uber Eats and it was disappointing to see just one thin layer of ham, without pepperoni or salami in the sub. I had to look for the slices of meat, looked like a veggie sub! I was very disappointed! I would really appreciate it if the staff were more honest while making the sub: (this is just disappointing!

One of the worst Subway in Melbourne, they don’t even know about any promotions. I’ve said promotions been running all over and girl working there was “ooooh really? , that’s weird we don’t know and system should automatically comes up”! She rejected to refill the coke

Its my first time trying subway and i went to this subway in carlton, dont know how to order and this girl name Annika who serve me was really nice, she’s explaining and not rushing me even though there were like 2 others people there too. And the chicken classic that she’s suggesting too was delicious. Definitely gonna come back!

Clean and tidy place. Customer service is also very good. The girl was very nice and polite. Sitting area is not very big but there was 5 to 6 tables so i think its enough. You can find the parking very easily infront of subway but its paid parking.

Some of the vegetables seem sort of old, but the quality is not yet that bad. At least it is vacant so you can take your time choosing toppings and enjoy eating inside. The Subways in Australia are much better than those of Japan.hehe

It's my favourite subway store to go to! Their breads and cookies are always fresh. Subs are also always well presented, neat, and delicious. Excellent customer service as well! They have pretty attractive sandwich artists too which is a plus point!

The worst Subway in the city because of the way they treat the customers. Because of some weird reason they are in too much of hurry and don't even have time to listen what to add and what not to in the sub, (which is the main purpose of going to a Subway so that one can customise your food). They are too busy to even greet the customers and if you go late at around 9-10 at night they will provide you food as if they are giving it for free. Had really bad experiences with these guys!

The food is good and the area is good but the breads are not that good. The customer service of staff is not that good.

Would rather have the salad on my sandwich than just near it. Undoubtedly the most careless subway I've been to. You guys don't even deserve the minimum wage.

When you order catering online, the webpage tells you that you will receive a confirmation email or call with in 24 hours. This place didn't give me the confirmation call which i had to sort confirmation myself. So 3 stars for not following procedure.
