Subway

Food was nice but they got me the wrong order for two days straight. First order: through subway app, got me all the wrong ingredients, selected jalapeños and no pickles and olives and they did the opposite. Second order through Uber Eats, ordered a footlong and they gave me just 6 inch. Hope the staff can read the instructions properly next time while preparing order because one time can be a mistake but two days straight is not acceptable

THE WORST SERVICE! It is the Subway with the most disrespectful, rude, mocking and inefficient staff that exists. Today, as usual, I went to buy 2 footlongs. The woman who received the order made me repeat 3 times what type of sandwich I wanted. Additionally, I had to ask her to change her gloves since she had served 5 people before my partner and me, and he never changed his gloves (which is logical for simple health reasons) beyond the fact that they were already smeared with sauce from the meat balls (the name of the first person was Ethiad), the second woman who attends is the one who puts the salad and sauces, he had not changed his gloves either. Does the owner of this Subway restrict them from changing gloves? When I asked her, the first woman laughed at my request, not caring that we were present and there were more customers in line.
The portion of the sauces and salad does not compensate at all for the price of the sandwiches, even the addition of cheese is as if one would not pay for it as an extra.

I know how difficult it is to work in hospitality after a long shift but we are talking about Health, cross contamination, bad customer service, ridicule and endless things that have nothing to do with physical exhaustion.

Stingy on sauces, footlong is barely cut into two, ingredients aren't tightly wrapped and are falling out of the packaging. Slopppy

Probably the cheapest Subway you can find, thank you very much for supporting us uni students

Explicitly informed them of allergies, failed to follow the simplest of instructions. Almost killed a child. Very disappointed.

It’s a large salad bowl! Pathetic! Barely enough to be considered a regular. Rip off! Also, lettuce? Looks soo beautiful. Right?

They always grab the overcooked bread: (need to take it out of the oven much earlier.

Teriyaki chicken sits in the Bain Marie for much too long and gets hard.

Flies roaming around the store and food…flies land on the meat then the salad.and the cookiesthis store should really look into their hygiene practice… very concerning… after we mentioned this to the store staff members, they just ignored us and don’t seems to bother about this.

Fresh and tasty food 10/10 and absolutely lovely staff! Thank you heaps for the free cookie, very much needed it after a long shift at the hospital. Thanks for being amazing. Stay safe

I ordered for uber eats and I really loved the attention to detail, it was fast delicious, good sporcions and excellent presentation

This is the only Subway that mixes the salad you order properly in a big bowl before putting it in a take away bowl. Great service and also very clean. Keep it up!

I have always been welcomed by prompt, friendly & chirpy staff! Food has always been fresh & everything in store appears to be very clean. A+ on the house keeping! Thank you subway team for your service. This is definitely one of my preferred subway stores that is local to me. Stay awesome

Very VERY impressed! I came here today at around 11AM with a friend and I was super surprised to see how clean the place was. 2 ladies working there were super friendly and efficient. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place when you are craving subway sandwiches!

Yesterday we went to subway Carlton and we experienced very rude customer service. We were not asked to which cheese we want, they just put it by themselves. Previously, the staff was really nice and friendly but, yesterday the staff was different and were unfriendly and we're rushing us into doing everything. They didn't even loaded more stuff. Never going back to subway Carlton.

Great service! I’ve ordered from this subway a couple of times on deliveroo and they surprised me with a free cookie, with my sub! Honestly made my day (as sad as that sounds)

I handed them a list with my sandwich order and they made it quickly and well.
