I got a foot long. It tasted amazing but it was $12! If you want to spend $12 on a sandwich go ahead. But overall it was a good sandwich with good food

Today my partner and his child went to this subway and the service they received was Beyond rude!
The owner blamed an 11 year old for getting his order wrong! Because he couldn’t hear him.
Then refuse to correct the order when ask by the child’s father.
Absolutely disgusting service and will tell everyone to stay well away from this half way excuse for a shop.
And no refund for order or attempt to remake.

Across the road is 100x better!

This is the worst subway I have ever experienced. Being one of the healthier and fresher food choices around you wouldn’t expect to almost be crying before you even order. You’re running a one woman show, and she dances to the soundtrack of god knows what in her safety violation of a pair of headphones. “Open at 8am” I’ve never been lied to more severely. Go across the road for better service

They were having their own conversation while I was waiting to be served, ordered 6 inch meatball and was half way through before there was any meatball, dry lettuce and a slice of tomato with the core.
Cost $8: 50 had I noticed the finished product I would’ve walked away.
NO VALUE HERE

Quick and friendly, food was fresh and spot on. Best double meat BMT I’ve ever had! (that’s saying something because I have the same thing every time) would highly recommend.

Worst made sub I've ever had.

The older woman who was making our subs clearly doesn't care about her work or know what shes doing. She just carelessly puts the filling in and it's not evenly spread, and half falling out of the sub.then she can't even cut the sub in half correctly! Like how hard can it be
I definitely don't recommend coming here if you're after a decent Sub!
Disappointed for sure

Staff in here stops taking order at 6: 40 pm but the store close at 7 pm store manager should note this….

Atrocious food, and rude staff. Person who took my order wasn't listening to me, I can't have egg and requested for no sauce, but was somehow given mayo. When I took it back, this rude lady who was clearly miserable, made it her job to ensure I was just as miserable by blaming me for the mistake, reluctantly remaking the sandwich and throwing it at me without saying a word. As someone who works in the food industry I am no less than appalled by this encounter. I try to give the benefit of the doubt where I can, especially if it is ever busy, but considering I was one of 3 people there, there is absolutely no excuse. Would give less of a score if I could. Just go ANYWHERE else, that little sushi spot in the foot court has some nice things.

Worst subs have had. Not listenes to, newby needes to be guided instead of being talked down to, hardly any salad. Even elderly father was disgusted with food. Certainly wont be going back there in a hurry.

Had a disabled client with me. Paid for his $9 wrap with a $20 note and was given change for $10. I know for a fact I gave her a $20 but she refused to give me the $10 owing my client. Will never go there again.

I'm giving a 1 star.
This is because my experience here wasn't that great.
I understand training new workers but the one that served us didn't know exactly what he was doing and he wasn't helped by anyone. And because he didn't have anyone looking out for him, he made a mistake by putting teriyaki chicken on my tuna sub and if I hadn't noticed this I feel like he was going to to keep making it. What if I was allergic to chicken or teriyaki? I asked them to remake my sub and he huffed away and remade it but leaving the other sun I ordered on the bench to get cold then went back to the start of the line and started making other customers subs.
It wasn't the best sub in the end and I am very disappointed in this.

This was the worst subway I have ever been to, the guy was so rude and lazy and was talking so quietly I could barely hear him and they were so slow just ignoring the line of people waiting to be served, the guy also didn't ask if I would like a drink or a cookie so I had to remind him that I wanted a drink, When I went to pay my dad gave me $50 because that's all he had and I told the guy cash and he still put it on card and when he finally realised he snatched the money and said thank u have a good day and refused to give me the change after me saying I would like change please he finally gave me the change.he also put the smallest amount of lettace and carrot.

Tomato was soggy and green. I asked for avocado on my sub which turned out to still be frozen. I've tried giving this place a couple of chances but there's always something wrong either with my order or the service. Not going back.

The worst experience I have ever had at a food place. My boss got a chicken terryaki sub and after reminding them when putting the salad on that it’s supposed to have chicken teriyaki on it, was snapped at saying “I’ll put that on after” and it was still forgotten. I was sent back in to have it replaced and was snapped at by the older lady saying that the chicken wouldn’t have been forgotten because they always check before finishing and that they don’t remake subs as it is a “waste”even though it was their blatant mistake. As I was being snapped at and told that it was my fault that they forgot the meat by the older lady another man was complaining about the wrong sauce being on his sub. After this complaint, the older lady continued to say that she will just put the correct sauce on top of the current sub with the wrong sauce and wouldn’t remake it. As well as all of this, they were preparing food and touching an iPad at the same time without changing gloves. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service and will never be returning. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY
