Subway reviews
31Every time i went there i notice one thing. They never wanna change there gloves. Others subways are doing then why nit they? Every time i have to say that please change your gloves. If its busy doesn't mean that you ignore safety.
Staff have no idea how to welcome customers. They don’t know how to put a smile on their face while dealing with customers.
I've had subway in many cities around the world however I would like to shout out to this subway for been the worst I have visited. I mean how difficult can it be to make a sandwich when that is your job. Disgusting rude service, unwilling to listen to what items I wanted on my sub. Do not visit.
Subway is always the best choice when you wanna a break of your shopping. The ingredients are always as fresh as they should be. The biscuits are the delight of the meal. I’ll definitely recommend this Subway.
Posted on real time. When is a Mediterranean panini not a Mediterranean? When it’s made in the subway in DFO South Wharf, basement level. No sun dried tomatoes, just regular. Asked a staff member to make my whole sandwich but the owner didn’t like that and took over at the end. Did not wipe the knife when I asked it to be earlier and was most stingy on the serviette. One. Asked for another and he slapped it down semi gently. Ate it grudgingly as all the other vego options in this food court were unappealing and decided on subway as I thought it would be familiar and good. The franchise owner definitely needs retraining on subway service and attitude.
The woman with tattoos on her arms is the saving grace of this place! I work in the centre and she always gets it right - and tells others how to also! Many thanks to her, she pretty much remembers my order now:)
They are the worst. Footlong subway with just 3 tomato slices and just 2 jalapeno slices. The falafel smelled funny and was sure not good to eat. No serviettes and the girl who did my salads didn't know how to serve at all.
The food was fresh and delicious. Very quick service.one of the best subway experience so far. Definitely will keep going back.
I bought two subways and the taste was very very yuck but you know what I found inside the subway there was a one steel piece.
Such disappointing service from this Subway. The lady with the tattoos who started the sub was so rude towards the customers, it was pathetic. I myself work in a Subway store, and to see that this is the way she speaks to customers is atrocious. You are meant to show customer service, and want customers to return again. I asked for my steak to be heated before it was toasted and she wasn’t happy with that, which I don’t understand why it was a problem.
I know what it’s like when it gets busy and your stressed and flat out and buggered, but to treat your customers like garbage, not the best to see.
When in Melbourne definitely won’t be returning to this Subway
There were one or two workers that really ruined my experience at this subway. At 5pm in the evening I was trying to order gluten free wrap. The first worker claimed that they hadn't defrosted it and had to wait until tomorrow. Then, we asked another worker and she said they ran out. Conflicting accounts probably means their too lazy to find it. And since gluten free wraps probably have the lowest demand, why is it they can't serve it? Also heard many customers having to change their choices of bread cos so many are unavailable or sold out. Should this be happening?
Moreover, there was another disturbing episode. There was this man that handled my wrap on another occasion. He packed and folded it to give it to me. He proceeded to use the same pair of gloves to handle the money that I gave him. Money has been handled by countless people and is obviously dirty, but he doesn't seem to care and continues using the same glove. He does this for customer after customer, and some have it worse as he even adds the vegetables for them. He's obviously contaminating everyone's food. May I know why you wear a glove if you're just gonna use it for everything, whether it's clean or not? This kind of standards at subway is ridiculous. The food is nice, but the terrible staff with no hygiene standards and are not proactive at all, totally marred by experience at this subway. If you want to get a subway, go to another outlet. This one has something wrong with it, as evidenced by the lousy reviews it's getting.
