31I ordered 1 garlic tostie and 1 Chipotle quesdila which they charged 5$ each and when I asked them to add hot sauce in quasedila they said (WE ONLY ADD CHIPOTLE) I was like woww that some courage to ask for more money then any other subway and say not to just one sauce
Did not like the customer service, very stingly with how much veggies they put in and its very unhygienic
I frequent this subway after work, and every time I am met with unmatched hospitality. They greet me cheerfully and prepare me my order every time of the same standard- exceptional consistency. I go here knowing that I am going to be met with flexbillity, generous portioning, and most of all excellent customer service.
Quiet literally the worst Subway I have ever been to. Horrible customer service, very unhygienic and extremely stingy with the amount of veggies they put in the subs. I’ve been here a handful of times and my experience just kept getting worse and worse.
Prices are crazy. Every other subway in the country $3.50 for a jaffle, here $6.95. Talk about greed. Placed the order and they stuck it in the microwave. I asked them to press it and was informed, “we don’t have a press”. Poor service and exorbitant prices. Won’t be purchasing here again.
This has got to be the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I have subway many times but today this was the worst. The bread had been squashed and very stingy on the salads as as they didn’t look fresh. What a waste of money that was. The service was shockingly bad.
It was the worst ever experience as I am pur vegan and wanted a veggie patty so as soon as I ordered the the girl immediately started making the patty without changing her gloves as she just wanted to complete the order.this was against my culture and she even did not want to listen just complete the order.so much disappointed!
Racist attitude by Manager Andrew at Dfo south wharf today 12 nov at 2 30pm.i had 2 free sub offers for me and wife from 11 nov and i asked them to be put through as separate transaction.first he denied there is such offer without purchasing anything.his attitude was arrogant and racist and mocking.then when i showed him terms and conditions he agreed and then one of the staff over there first serving skipped my one free barcode rendering it expried.i explained him that it was accidentally skipped by staff but instead he said all you want is free sub then proceeded to serve other customers and ignored me i asked for manager he though himself was manager said manager not working.then after repeatedly asking him to confirm with staff who skipped the barcode he confirmed and staff said they had skipped it.instead of apologising or showing regret with his attitude he gave the subs rudely.such racist staff are a cause of shame and embarassment to subway.subway restaurant picture attached for reference
Stayed at promenade this week, have to say this subway is the most consistent I have ever tried. The tuna was fresh. Really nice lady serving.

I've never had such a stingy amount of lettuce (or lettuce / cabbage mix) to the point where I've had to ask for more lettuce. Is it just a garnish now?
Most discusting, rude, slow and disorganised subway Ive ever seen. I am a former employee of a different subway and this restaurant is NOT up to VIC health and safety standards. Not to mention the rude, untrained staff.
My advice, visit any other one of the other 100+ subways in the area.
The worst Subway customer service experience we have ever had. We ordered over Uber Eats and they didn't have the sub we had ordered which was fine so they tried to call us and the call kept getting dropped. So I looked up their number and called back, the girl on the other end simply shouted "we are very busy call back later. " I tried to mention it was regarding an ongoing order and she said it's done. We waited another 20 mins to get our order (it was delayed by over 30 mins already) and then Subway DFO cancelled it on their end! Wasted over an hour of our time and didn't even get the food in the end. Never ordering from here again.
Please reconsider eating here if you care about price, customer service, and being ripped off. Feeling ripped off and unhappy after purchasing a wrap today around 4: 20pm. I was charged 1.30 extra when paying for my order. I asked and the cashier said the price has increased. I didn't want to waste food already made, so I reluctantly paid. After I paid, she and another staff member were discussing the prices as if she made a mistake, but when I looked at them they did not correct it with me and instead the cashier just said bye abruptly as if to not let me find out. Also, even if the price really increased, they should have updated the price list as one of the reasons I chose to eat at Subway in the first place was its price, and I didn't want to waste food when they already made it and then charged me extra.
1 star is appreciation for them if it was in minus i would have given that.
Extremely worst subway
The portions they offer are very small, they only allow 3 sauces, can I pay if I want more, you know? The little cheese they put on it and the guacamole looked almost transparent on the bread.
FRESH ALL DAY! All the vegetables are nice looking, even at this hard season, highly recommend!
They are under new management, extremely better than before, Highly recommend this subway shop. I go there every week for lunch when they have new look. All ingredients looks very fresh. During lunch time it gets a little bit busy but all staff manged to deliver very fast efficient service. Never waited too long for my sub.
Great Subway. Even though there was a queue, the staff were extremely efficient and we were served within a few minutes. Subs were fresh and delicious and they didn't skimp on the ingredients.
This is the WORST subway I have ever visited. They have no customer service skills. They rush all orders, causing them to be sloppy. They have horrible listening skills and are genuinely just rude. There was also flies flying around near the salads. Disgusting.
