Terrible customer service. So rude and slow. Also advertise incorrect pricing. To top it off they wear their masks around their neck and also handle food after handling money! I had to chuck my sandwich out when I got home.

I went to subway at 01: 15 pm and was being served at aboit 01: 25 pm.

The girl serving on the counter totally ignored me twice. No greetings at all (no hi or hello). Not only this but also, I clearly mentioned the girl that I need veggie patty microwaved first and toasted, and cheese on the top of patty. The girl microwaved the patty and toasted my sub with cheese on the bread without patty on it. The patty was chuked on the sub at last, even after salads.
Had to ask for pepper several times.
I was really disappointed with the service. I was in hurry otherwise I could have rufused that sub.
Even you can see in the picture, how patty is hanging out of the bread.

Definitely not going there again.

Supposed to be closed at 0945. I was here at 0925 and the door was closed and the staff waived me that they are closed. Rediculous

Been going here for a while. Whilst most of the staff are "ok" to deal with. Todays occassion was very unpleasant! OVERCHARGED me "$4" on top of the usual standard that i always pay. Upon querying the reciept, called them back per Subway corporate advice. Same girl who served and "OVERCHARGED" me proceeded to lie about the situation after i told her i will be taking this up with corporate (which i shall be doing), after mention of that and putting me on hold "not realising" after that before she put me on hold was speaking to another person on another phone "in Hindi/Mahrati" dialect, then proceeded to put me on hold (which i have recorded the whole conversation to forward to the Corporate office) along with reciept and "WRONGFUL AMOUNT CHARGED"! Even though it is only 4$AUD imagine how many customers get lied to and these "rogue" servers/operators basically pocket/scam/siphon monies from customers thinking the prices may have changed? ! There is a prinicipal and either way its theft and NOT a mistake "as she put" the girl who served my order "was a trainee" (even though i recognised her voice as it was a very distinct tone! I guess my point here is: "Peeps. CHECK YOUR AMOUNTS CHARGED"! They are already a huge brand/institution! Rogue servers/operators who may be obtaining through "their" financial gains, basically ripping customers off and passing it on as a mistake.should be stopped!

The staff don't wear masks and one of them seemed sick, mind you, this is during a snap lockdown where we had some local cases. Just goes to show that they don't care about customer safety or public safety for that matter. Also they seem to just rush you, i don't think about every ingredient i want to have in my sandwich before i enter the store!

Big store, heaps of seating. Clean and tidy, ingredients and salads didn't look all that fresh.

This is my half foot long Subway (the picture bellow). Really bad experience, do not recommend this place! I understand that this days is very difficult to keep up but quality and quantity here is very low!

The chinese girls don't put a lot of salad on ya subs so you have to ask them for extra,

Other than that they make quality subs.

It used to be good.
Food is alright but it’s Terrible customer service. People wanted to go not only door food but also for the customer skills.
Please change the staff or atleast train them properly “HOW TO SMILE AND BEHAVE” I’m long time customer but disappointed not going anymore.

Worst subway I have ever been to. Shockingly bad service. Salads do not look fresh. Zero care given, especially by the girl that seems to be there all the time unfortunately. Better off traveling to another nearby location. Terrible!

They dropped my food and didn’t even apologise for it. Not that it was good anyway the bread must of been a day old because it couldn’t even stay in tact.

Then when I sat down to eat it the server decided to clean my table as I’m eating and spraying cleaned all over the table and my food.

The most disctustung and rude service I’ve ever received don’t go here you’re better off going to the one 3 minutes away from it.

Good little store. Fast customer service. Layout is flipped. Ypu enter from the register side and that throws some people out. Apart from that it would have been 5/5

Terrible service, absolutely no consistency in price. I treat myself once a week to a foot long sub and the price has ranged from $15.40 to $18.60 for the exact same meal. I’ve been told there has been no price changes but my meal keeps getting more and more expensive. Was completely fobbed off by the manager. Do yourself a favor and travel to another Subway.

Well I gave Subway a go but like few times ever tried their food it sadly is what it is Highly overrated and expensive to my tastes So for now it'll remain a distant memory!

The freshest sub I’ve had out of all the other subways in the area delicious food will come back for sure. They renovated the store and it looks great!
Is now my favourite place to come and eat.
