43We went here on a Saturday afternoon. The place was exceptionally clean and the young woman who served us was very friendly. I'd gladly come again.
I ordered uber eats from here yesterday, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER ORDERED IN MY LIFE NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE! My meatball melt was wet and soggy cheese wasn’t melted, my chicken sub had spinach when it obviously says no spinach and was cold, my cheesy garlic toasty was legitimately placed on top of each other and was glued together, HOW DO YOU MESS UP AN ORDER THIS BAD! This is honestly the worst food experience i have had in my life i could only eat half of my meatball melt before being sick it was inedible, please for the love of god never ever get food from here
Burger was okay but the filling was very low when comparing to other Subway's. Good atmosphere and setup. Neat and clean. Good customer service. Wheelchair accessible. Has got a good car parking area for the customers. Located 2kms away from the beach.
Super clean Subway. This is the biggest subway i have ever visited. Staff been freindly. Perfect salads fresh. I was super hot outside. Store looked fresh. Everything was great 5 star from my side.

Food - tomatoes so old belongs in bin, Italian herb cheese bread - so plain should be white bread.
Service - literally got my order wrong 4 times in front of me!
Atmosphere - it's a hot day and the cons off to save a few quid, come on! Disgraceful

Being a regular at this place, i have noticed a visible improvement in quality of service and staff interaction.

I was the only person in the shop, and the girl making the sandwich was rushing like there was a queue. Some salads were not available.the sandwich was a mess. Yet they charged full amount. Overall very disappointed experience.
Visited this subway restaurant, today 29/04/23 at 3: 30pm. The young girl working there was serving another customer before me who was paying cash. She gave the change back with her gloves on and then proceeded to build my sandwich with the dirty gloves. I left immediately as I was even too grossed to asked her to recommence my sandwich. If she has no shame doing that in front of clients, I don’t want to know what she does when no one is watching. Yuck.
I got the schnitzel on the herbs and cheese and the bread was stale very hard to eat, the ingredients in the roll tasted good along with the cookie and the drink.
All items in my order were incorrect and the worst part was they didn’t accommodate a food intolerance. So disappointed
Have come here a few times and will now be the last, they are so stingy with their fillings, every vegetable and sauce I asked for I had to ask for extra because all I got was a pinch of vegetables and a tiny squirt of sauce, whenever I asked for more I just got a dirty look from the server. Forget these people, absolutely horrible service.
Absolutely disappointed in the service. I asked to put more lettuce on my sub four times and the person serving me couldn’t hear me? Even though I’m saying the same thing… this happened to everything that I asked for (for extra lettuce, for thousand island sauce, for tomatoes, etc). For my other seafood sub, the person only put in one scoop when the standard and usual is two scoops. I hope they can improve soon and other customers thereafter will have a better experience.

NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE!
Everytime I order from this place my food has the wrong vegetables, or no vegetables at all, wrong drink, wrong cookies, no cheese and I can continue. I honestly dont know what the staff do there because they aren't there to work.
I called them about my issue, confirmed they had cheese and vegetables and a female staff member denied that I had ordered anything at all and they just hang up the phone.

Each time I’ve been into this subway, I’ve had disgraceful service! I’ve had employees serve me with airpods in and then when I reply to an answer, they cannot hear me and scream at me. This instance also resulted in answering the question if I wanted my sandwich fresh or toasted, as I was mid answer “Toas. ” the employee screamed “FRESH? ! ” I said “. No.toasted please”
Today! I wanted to order the 3 for $3 cookies and the employee, named Jot, said that wasn’t available, it was actually $3.50. I explained to her that the advertisement was $3 as per the board behind her, she said “That’s wrong we need to take it down” EVEN THOUGH ITS THROUGH A TV SCREEN THAT CHANGES ADS EVERY 10 SECONDS. Even though they’ve always done it for $3.
I got my receipt and the store also added additional for GST, even though it’s advertised as a certain price.
Terrible service, rude, extremely slow service, expects answers to be provided without giving time to answer.
Not a very good experience. Was in the line waiting to get served and the person behind me got served before I did. The guy was a bit sarcastic to me and when they finally remembered to serve me I had to repeat myself a few times and ended up putting olives on my child's sandwich when I had asked for just mine. Subway has gone down hill. And I think it would be a lot better if I help a struggling local business rather than a chain store. The workers weren't very friendly. Not happy.
Subway doesn't open until 8: 30, while they have 7: 30 listed on here. This seems to be typical with a couple lazy subway owners. A little disappointed.
