Subway

The service was great, but the sign on the door said 6 people only in store and there were 10 customers behind me.

Young Corey who works there is a rude and very silly individual. I have a medical certificate that excludes me from having to wear a mask. I have been in this subway at least 4 or 5 times without the mask, no problems. Today however, this young power tripper cost his boss a family order because he wouldn’t even talk to me without a mask. Meanwhile there were two female staff members in the kitchen area with masks under their chins! Ridiculous! Stay away from this place

Just had to write a review to commend Indiah from Subway Newtown for her excellent customer service! Nothing is too much trouble for her and she would without doubt be one of the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Love your work Indiah! Thanks for always being so cheerful and approaching every single customer with your lovely caring approach. I’ve written to the owner of this business directly to commend you on your excellent work.

The rest of the Subway Newtown team are also very friendly but Indiah is a stand out!

This subway was my go to subway, a happy place filled with dreams.it was then ruined by the removal of thousand island sauce and tasty cheese.this was truly upsetting.im very unhappy with subway for committing this heinous crime, it will never be the same.as a frequent customer I believe that my views and opinions should be respected, many of my friends also adore the thousand island sauce and tasty cheese.please bring this back.

Don't know the definition of "a little bit". Second time round, "just the smallest squirt of sauce please" still way too much to the point it leaks out the sub. Not bothering a third time.
