This Subway is always busy and they never seem to have enough staff, but the food is exceptional which is possibly why. I highly recommend the Meatball Sub!

This would have to be consistently the worst Subway in Australia. Always understaffed, always have the slowest staff, and always out of a lot of things. Today the coke fridge was empty of most drinks, no ham, no chicken, most of the salads were empty. Terrible.

Constantly getting orders wrong. Called to ask them why there was no sauce on either order and answer was 'we were busy and didnt have the sauce in stock'. They send orders out knowing its wrong and hoping that the customer wears it. Employees that dont care about their job or getting orders right. Very disappointing

Worst customer experience i have ever had. Me and my family thought to pop in and get Subway on our way home after picking up my daughter. As soon as we walked in, one mascara young lady was extremely rude, put no care into our food while making it, just chucked everything on. We asked her nicely to please make our sandwich properly yet she still continued to not care. She smack and was showing her attitude towards me. This is the most shocking service I have ever had from subway or anywhere, not only will I not be coming back but I will be telling all my friends and family not to go there as we are mind blown at how little they cared for their customers.such a bad customer service i have ever seen. I feel bad and i burst on tears. Terrible customer service.

Ordered through Menulog. After over an hour and a confirmation from the restaurant they called when the driver was there saying they were out of what I ordered, I said that’s fine please refund me. I got a notification saying my food was on the way. I called the restaurant to be so rudely spoken to and hung up on. I called back and was still rudely spoken to yet again. I wouldn’t order from here ever again. Disgusting customer service!

Terrible customer service, salad tub was not even half full. THERE WERE SMALL RUBBER BITS IN THE SALAD! Even bits of food that wasn’t ordered such as tomato and carrot. Would never recommend

Watch out for the heavily mascara’d, masked girl. I am all for masks, however, this girl is obviously wearing it for a different reason. She shouts at people to wear masks even if the government has taken the mandate off (I still wear my mask though, I was watching her do this to other people). She is down right rude, arbitrary and zero human empathy. Sad, because someone more humane can actually do excellent at her job. I have been to countless Subways around the globe and this by far, has the worse customer service. This employee should be fired. Get someone who deserves a job and loves to work.

Terrible service and was thrown together with no care whatsoever, half my sandwich is missing Ingredients on the ends, it’s just bread. Would not recommend this subway, drive 5 mins to pako street subway

My girlfriend had a hair in her sandwich and didn't want to eat it. This is the most shocking service I have ever had from subway or anywhere, not only will I not be coming back but I will be telling all my friends and family not to go there as we are mind blown at how little they cared for their customers.

Was belittled in front of customers and my kids because i didnt have a mask due medical reason tried to tell staff that id happily show them in private but i wasnt even given the chance was just told to leave over and over they couldnt even give me some privacy to show them the reason why i believe this is a GODDARD owned subway very very disappointing wont ever return as they werent even asking ppl to check in or show certificate nor were they following 1.5 m rule and had easily over 15 ppl in there small shop while staff werent even wearing masks correctly handling food with out gloves on but ayy im the bad person for being medically unfit place was a mess paper on floor ppls receipts hanging off the machine 7 ppl working couldnt even get a order right 2 people in there with wrong food

Asked me and my 3 kids to leave because didnt have a mask due to baby vomiting on it while she was wearing her mask around her chin makes sense subway good work maybe have your staff wear them first before asking those who pay your wages z

I love subway but this time if was worst. I visited about 3 weeks back. 3 people were working and not a single order, still waited for 10mins as I put order online. I asked for toasted, they didn't toast it neither added the salads I requested. Really disappointed.

I went to get my usual subway from here after golf on Friday 26/3/21 at 7: 15 and asked for toasted chicken fillet 12” usually they Pre cook the chicken fillet but instead I got mine cooked the lazy way by toasting the fillet in the roll longer than usual, I mentioned to the girl about the way she was going to cook it and said I won’t be back to this subway again, she continued and over cook them and went onto the back room and came out with a smart arse smile on her face I could tell she and the other girls working there were having a laugh about it,
Thanks for the dried out subway
