29Waiting for hours for delivery and it was cancelled. And the restaurant staff was swearing to the driver. Will not buy anymore.
Very slowww and stingy with making orders. I have never gotten such little veges on a sub before.
Owner doesnt seem to know the menu, I go in for a vegie delight with avocado (as stated on menu) and the guy builds the sandwich, gets annoyed at me for asking for the avocado to be put on after he has put other topping on and proceeds to charge me extra for it.
Store manager Dharmendra has an unprofessional attitude, he was rude, he was rude to people I took to the store. Very stingy with toppings, when you ask for extra spinach, he grabs a handful, puts two leaves on the sub and puts the rest back.
Bottom line, average food, stingy and unprofessional service. The sub was fine, but I don’t want to put my money into his pockets.
Hi i was just at your Patterson lakes store in Gladesvile shopping centre in Victoria
Where my son ordered a foot long roll with chicken pieces they gave him turkey which he is alergic to
He asked if tbey can fix it and they said no
And my son. Is disabled, he got so upset he threw it away because this storre wouldn't fix this
I my self lost 15$ and i myself is on a pension this is not fair

The way this staff acted towards a young adult that has Autism
I wont ever go out for lunch or tea
To expensive, i spend at least 3 to 4 dollars more at this store then i spend at the Chelsea heights store

Whats the point in having opening times if you don’t stick to them? I only have half an hour on my break and I don’t like wasting time walking here if they close 15 minutes early. Very unprofessional. (Food quality is also poor from this store)
I been to the subway had an amazing experience. The staff you super friendly and the store was neat & clean. Sandwich was made very perfectly with right ingredient. Would love to visit again.
Good sandwich making though they could really put some cheese on their "Italian herbs and CHEESE". No need to skimp.
