29Had a free cookie and drink voucher but they couldn’t give us the drink so I asked for extra cookie instead but ended up making me pay for it
Don't understand why such poor reviews for this store, I was served by two of the most polite young men upon arrival.
I received fast friendly service, I wasn't rushed or belittled like I was at another store that I refuse to go back to or mention the name.

While the shop assistant was making my subs, he was answering a mobile or a ipad twice and returning to the subs with out changing the clear gloves everytime. I doubt the ipad was disinfected. When I paid he took the money without removing the gloves.
Heigene safe food was not followed at all. Very disappointed.

As an avid sandwich enjoyer and bread consumer, I simply hate to leave such a negative review!
Here I feel more comparable to a nuisance than a customer, having to deal with frustration both from the employees and customers behind me!
The waits are so long that on the occasion people have given up and walked right out?
Haven't had any significant problems with the quality of the food- which however does seem to plague other reviewers, but the service does need to improve.

Affectionately known as The Subway Wave, if you ask for salads to be added to your sub they'll pickup an almighty handful and "Wave" it over the top and maybe let 2 piece fall from their talon like grip. If your on a diet, anorexic or interested in bad customer service this joints a must.
Want plastic in your sub, slow service, not much of anything in your sub.

go to Chelsea heights more staff and they actually put toppings in your sub.
I've seen the owner before telling staff off for putting too much toppings. No wonder the staff turnover is so high

GO TO CHELSEA HEIGHTS more staff and quicker service don't be left hanging out the door because they only have 2 staff on sometimes 1.
I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this store is a repeat offender. And my visit just now tipped me over the edge.
I don’t know who is training or responsible for the staff in your store. But they need refresher.
Very rude girl just served me.stingy with salads, and just an all round bad vibe. She didn’t wanna be there, and it showed.
This comes from someone who use to work at Subway. You don’t need to be rude to customers. No excuse.
Ordered a BLT for delivery, it came without the lettuce or tomato. I called, first she answered the phone with just hello, I could’ve called anybody. When I asked why my BLT was just bacon she said I was supposed to tell her that I wanted lettuce and tomato. When I pointed out what BLT stands for she told me that she was too busy and that’s why I didn’t get the LT. Too busy to make sandwiches when that is 99% of her job. Then she told me there was nothing she could do about it. Worst customer service ever!

Paid 13 for a few flakes of red onion and perhaps 2 shards of capsicum and he was even tight with the salt and pepper and sauce!
$9.50 for this wrap! Are you serious, there was nothing in it. Each bite was mostly wrap. Not worth the money at all.
Very rude customer service very stingy on toppings. The old male who works there is very rude. Don't even know why this store is open subway loosing business. Also I will let the subway head office know about this
Very dissapointing experience I had a subway birthday offer which I scanned but the guy tried scanning after we'd already done it then he didn't believe that we'd just scanned the bar code, so I missed out on my birthday drink and cookie.
Shall never go to nor recommend this establishment customer service was lacking and recommend retraining their staff.

Worst Subway, Found bits of glass in my sub. Rude Indian owners and staff that take forever to serve anyone. Was a good place when they had Aussies working there but they decided to fire them and replace them with slow, rude Indian workers
Unprofessional, no manners, can't even say hello, very poor unsatisfactory service. Reading through the comments has convinced me I shall never return to this Subway. Actually being a franchise shouldn't there be some regulations or standards? I mentioned my bad experience to a neighbour whom said he was a regular customer until the male owner told him he was too fat? Appalled would be an understatement!
Last time I attempt to order here. Ridiculously slow, don’t acknowledge/ignore customers, just watched 3 people plus myself leave the queue in frustration. Our family loves subway but we’ll take our business to another franchise from now on.
Sorry guys but after going here for a decade I’ve had enough. The service is slow, the servings and stingey, and the value for money is woeful. I’ll drive to Chelsea Heights from now on.
Inexperienced staff, don’t know how to deal with customers. Never had 6inch veggies for a foot long.
Ordered on the subway app, service was great and very prompt, I'm glad my service wasn't at all compromised by how busy they were. They even threw in a cookie for me which was very kind of them! Service has definitely improved from the last time I was there. Absolutely fantastic!
