65Today I picked up an order and on entering the store there was a sign asking to place a mask on before entry, when I stepped inside there were 5 young men stood in the corner without masks, no social distance was in place and 1 of the young girls serving had the mask only just covering her mouth, pretty sure the law on masks relates to everyone especially in a food establishment, the sandwiches were squashed flat, bacon was raw and no sauces were applied. Better to go to ANY OTHER subway around here, this one is not worth the money.
Pathetic experience. Always have enjoyed Subway but the Tarneit store is disappointing. The girls were talking about a customer when he left re how he wanted extra scoops and had paid for it too and with my experience did not put enough lettuce n salads. Poor preparation.had very bad experience in the past as well where they refused to pack six inch separately bought as a footlong. If Subway knows better they should take away the business from the current franchise. They are ruining the standards required as per the Subway name.
Pathetic experience. I'm always having subway and it's usually really nice, but this franchise doesn't work right. The staff seem clueless and the toasties aren't made the way they're supposed to be. The food is never fresh and done right. Now I'm seeing that there are already bad reviews, therefore we must see some change soon.
Worst customer service ever, found hair in my food, i don’t remember the name but the manager served me.
Appalling service, requested to wrap my footlongs into halves and got no in response. On asking why, I was told that we don't do it here.
They gave us a 5 inch long 6-inch sub, and refused to change the bread because they "had already put meat on it". They heard we're adding a foot long, couldn't hear that its going to be in a meal. The tables weren't clean, and when asked to clean it, a very sloppy job of cleaning was done. Icing on the cake, when we went to the cold drink machine to fill the drink cup we were told "they allowed it this time but I can't refill. Can only refill if it's a large meal". Well, we were filling and not refilling, and even if we were, put a sign up about the clause!
They have very bad service and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. The employee was very rude and didn’t listen to us properly, since the old owner left, every time I came the food was different and not fresh. The quality is decreasing, I am very disappointed.
What a pathetic experience.never been to such a bad subway ever.really bad vegetables and the worst of all when I asked to wrap my footling separately they said we will charge you for 2 6’inches.are you serious?

Terrible staff, no customer service and pathetic management.
They were literally counting the spinach leaves on my subway and put exactly 3 leaves each on all the 4 subways we ordered. Sauce was watery.
They are so stingy with the veggies and meat.
Although have to say they didn't hold back on the salt.
Cookies were burnt, when we told them they said thats how they make them.
Would never go there again. I would drive a bit to find a better place which offers Aussie Customer Service and practices good hygiene.
Rude staff, asked for extra sauce 3 times but she didn’t even listen. Veges not fresh either. Waste of money will never go back and won’t recommend.

I ordered veggie patty and got hair in that and I bring back that to show them I think because of light I can’t see that there but staff accepted that they got complaints from other customers for the same. First they got complaints and they still use that same breads to serve the other customers that’s completely unhygienic and second girl said I can’t do anything until I didn’t see the hair but they well known that they have a problem in the breads. Hats off to hygiene and customer service ️

I was charged more than the prices they had on their menu at the time of ordering. Bad practice.

I do not know why staff is focussed on saving vegetables. I hav been a regular customer as the subway been near to my house, i have less options. On a general order of footlong they will sprinkle vegetable like they are sprinkling salt.

Usually am not the type to go online and try and bring down someone’s business. But in this case, it’s different. The LADIES that work there are very rude, ignorant and don’t listen to your orders carefully which is so frustrating!
I had subway chicken teriyaki at this store today around 9 pm. Girl at the subway made the subway in so hurry like she is not putting the stuff in it, she is throwing i it. It was too messy. She was in so hurry while making she dont even cut it properly. When i open the sub the paper was having black marks and spots may be of oven or something totally unhygienic. When i asked to replace she was so rude. It was really bad experience ever at subway

The owner was so rude. She charged me for one six inch twice. She started arguing when asked. Zero for customer service skill.
Learn to make a f&€¿ing sandwich. And put the Aussie back in charge, your treated with no respect.
