Don’t eat here - food handling standards are disgusting. Just witnessed the two girls serving drop a tray of white wraps on the floor. They picked them up, put them back and reserved one to a customer. Absolutely disgusting.

I called to ask something and the lady that answered the phone was rude and didn’t even let me speak I was going to order food but I never will from here ever again. She was unprofessional.

4 people are waiting but they are still talking with each other so stranger learn some ethics plz

There was a girl named mehak working on counter behaved so rudely I ask her to put salad n sauce accordingly she started throwing things around aggressively and didn’t even mentioned any Thankyou worst service I ever get by this girl I often come to this place she behaved so rudely. I hope you this attitude would be fixed.

Rude staff… I purchased a foot long chicken classic and I requested for the cheese to alternated.one half cheddar and other half old English. I was denied and asked for extra charges.embarrassed and angry!

The service was utterly disgusting. The manager was rude and arguing with every customer. Will never ever visit this store again and i would suggest visiting other subways over this store. Would have choose 0 ratings if we have option.

I was so surprised with the price increase. When asked about the girl was very grumpy and said that we can increase our prices and we are better than other subways. She was very annoyed that I asked her the question. I will definitely not go there anymore and also when I asked that I wanted to scan my sub card she said it's not working. I was so surprised.

29: 6: 23 at 0850 hours, I went there. Staff was really arrogant. Made sandwich, didn’t folded atall, I asked her to wrap separately but she refused but even sandwich was not even folded atall, all opened when I open the wrap. I went inside to asked her to re wrap and she said not possible and was even more arrogant. Looks like your staff is can’t be bothered: (

Girl at the restaurant she were wearing golden colour specs.she was so rude.she behaved like she giving free sub to me.even the bread was burned from the side. Then i said can you packed separately (6,6 inches) she directly said no.i will never visit again.

The two women working tonight could barely be bothered. They moved as slow as possible and just whispered to each other. Every step of the process was painful. The line was empty when we arrived but they both moved so slowly that the queue had backed up to 6 people behind us when we paid, and each new person arrived several minutes apart, not a sudden rush. Extremely poor service. Should be ashamed of the employees working tonight.

Very bad customer service by Samri (Sabri?) - too quick and cant listen. I suggest people to try another subway as you wont have a good experience.
Food is good

Personally subway is my favourite, but today I had taste a worst subway, even she Don't put normal amount of salad.

The food here was like any other subway, however, the disappointing factor was in their staff. The two staff members which where working there when I went to get my food, both the women looked like they where being forced to work. They where being unresponsive, working with a frown, and whilst making the food they where throwing ingredients in all over the place, furthermore both staff members had no manners. Ultimately, I am very un satisfied with the store, if there was anyway to give the store zero stars I would choose that.this happened on Thursday 30th March at 1: 11 PM, There where two female staff members working at the time, who's names i do not know.

We were very happy with the awesome service from Rupinder Kaur. She was so lovely that I asked her name to put a review specifically for her.happy customer

Two girls standing at the counter were least interested about the customer. Their faces are like they have to work forcefully and made a cold veggie patty subway for me. This customer service is never experienced at any other Subway, this is the worst so far!

Didn't get what I ordered and when I called staff was like no you didn't order that item online, I was picking up on my way from job, and staff replies comeback show us what you ordered then we will give you as we cannot see it.

1.05pm today made me laugh at this Subway. Went in to order a Platter to go and I was told I had to wait half an hour because the girl at the counter said they were busy I looked around only One person eating in there the other person just finished ordering to take her meal home and I was told they were really busy thought to myself busy? When I went to this subway lastweek ordered a platter to go and regardless of how busy they were the ladies at the counter will still make the platters in 15 minutes. So I really don't get how they were busy at that time when only one person dined in and there were 2 of them ‍️ if I ordered the same amount of sandwiches that go into the platter she will have to stand there and make them all ‍️ its the same thing. Thanks for making this subway a laughing stock Busy! Zero dollars for your subway and a laughing stock for your customer service busy! That's a good one.

I am a regular customer of this Subway. Aman is one of the best Sandwich artists. She always serve with love and smile. Jasleen and Aman are doing really great job. I really like the way they both doing hard work and serving with respect. ️

I was not happy with the sandwich me and my wife got! Bread was very stale and needs to be fresh right thru to close! This store needs to upgrade its standards! Not happy

Girl is very arrogant and she is making faces rather than making sandwiches.
