Subway

Bought a turkey roll with pineapple added the pineapple was turning bad and the turkey wasn't much better was not happy at all with the roll the new bread was yuck and the only thing that was cook was the cheese and carrot.

Plastic bit in the kids 6inch sub.asked for chicken and bacon ranch was given a chicken fillet for the 6inch not pieces, so kids wont eat it when I noticed for the foot long was told that's what is in it.well it's not look on your board for a start.asked for sauce on the pizza sub prior to toasting twice.wasn't done put in the oven to be taken out again when I asked for a 3rd time.never again this i twice we have had rubbish subs from this store

Sandwiches tasted awesome! Was great to have the dude (Rhys I think?) spreading the ingredients out evenly, and iverall they held together really nicely (meatball subs often fall apart whilst being eaten). Thanks:)

Shoutout to the honest Subway crew (Hayley Thomas & coworker) who helped track me down to return my jacket and wallet after eating earlier tonight! Thank you girls for your integrity and your excellent sandwich making skills! Definitely will be recommending your store to my mates!:)

Terrible service, apathetic staff. They're young, and act like they don't need to work there. They're 20. That's why they're given that job.

I’ve just encountered one of the most terrible customer service experiances in my life. You store was left to be run by Kealsey and her colouge who was too interested in her mobile phone to great or serve me and the other two customers who had come in to buy some lunch. Kelsey was busy preparing some bread and did not even bother to acknowledge that I was there. I simply asked if someone was free to serve me and I received a death stare that went straight through me and she simply uttered “clearly not right now”. As a customer service manager I was absolutely appalled. I would never allow this sort of behaviour from my staff and could never employ someone with this attitude. As her coleouge proceed to serve me and the other customers we were all continuously told that the Iran we were after was “currently out of stock” and our options became very limited. I personally will never be back to your store and will be taking my business across the free way to your opposition store.

Rude staff and food was terrible. Walked in to see the chicken teriyaki an off colour, and dried up. Got a cold chicken schnitzel in a requested toasted sandwich (although it was not toasted at all). Thoroughly disappointed
