48Absolutely pathetic customer service. How does Subway management employ such employees? The boy who served me was completely disinterested and had a very unwelcoming attitude. There were flies all over the salads and completely unhygienic, I do not know how this store passed the hygiene checks. After getting my sub I proceeded to sit down and eat inside as this was at 2 pm - lunch hour and the store is meant to be open till 9 pm. But after 5 min of starting to eat, the employee told me to rudely leave as he needed to leave and lock the door. He proceeded to get into his learners car picked up by his father and drove away. There was still a 'OPEN' sign on the door. I cannot fathom the complete lack of customer service at this store and the lack of hygiene. Never eating at this store in Narre Warren again.
Waited for almost 30 mins with only one staff member on. Person serving took way too long to serve each person and didnt want to be there. Won't be coming back and i dont like to complain but terrible given no acknowledgement to of the delay

Staff member (N*vn**t) mumbled and was entirely disinterested in serving us and barely communicated. Food was "ok" but the same staff member failed to cut both footlong sandiches in half which is pretty standard procedure at Subway.
Upon payment, the same staff member misunderstood a very basic request to pay for the two meals separately. They then proceeded to mumble a query, which was not understood by myself or my fellow diner, which led to both meals being charged to one person. Didn't bother asking her to change it as it was already a disappointing customer service experience and just wanted go and eat so that we could leave as soon as possible, which is why I paid for both meals.
I have been to this Narre Warren store before and had been disappointed with service then as well. This was the last time and I will spend my dollars elsewhere is future.

2 times out of 3 there isn't sufficient salad available. Still charge full price so hey hey heyyyyy MORE PROFIT. Very smart Mr Manager! Bravo! Then you restrict your team members to put limited salad in the sandwich. That's surely new for me. Been going to subways for 20 years now. Never ever heard that it's "Policy to put only 4 pieces of cucumber per foot-long sandwich". But then again IT'S MORE PROFIT.
Served 2nd time with stale bread. AGAIN MORE PROFIT! That's all you care about Mr Manager. Giving Subway a bad reputation! Shame on you Subway to support such franchisees and their managers with devil-may-care attitudes.
Had to select a star my honest rating is in MINUS. Pathetic service. The guy didn’t heat the party and it was freezing cold, poor quality. Will never visit again. Return my money that I wasted
Busy Sunday Arvo.long queue. And only one person working! Atleast 4 people left while I was waiting. Owners tryna save money by not rostering enough staff
Every time I’ve come here, they always put too little of everything. And some of the attitude of the girls that work here make it seem like they don’t want to work at subway. They always look so done with it and always put too little of things even when I pay extra for some toppings. I asked for spinach in my sub and he literally gave me 4 leaves I then asked for more spinach and he went and put 2 more leaves on it.
The place is very messy, and there was flies all over the food. When I was ready to pay there was hair and dust on the counter. I was very skeptical to eat my food, but I was starving.
This place has gone down the toilet. Wrong online orders 4 times in a row, staff put gloves on and then go to fridge etc and touch everything, then return and keep making food with contaminated gloves. After many years of coming here it’s time to never come back.
I really don’t recommend coming to this subway. There is flies flying around the salad bar. Customer service zero. I recommend having the hygiene checked up and getting rid of the flies. Thank you
Food was ok, but the Service was not. They where happy to talk to each other but once they where serving a customer just very unfriendly and not smiling.
Have been here a couple of times. One time I went at 5pm and they were closed? Tonight I went at 7: 45pm, went to walk in and the lady working there came to the door and said “we’re closing” when their sign on their window says they close at 9pm. Also I have noticed that their prices at this one particular store are a couple dollars more than any other subway I have been too. Not very happy with my experience I had tonight as I was craving subway all day.
Been here a few times now. Service is okay, but ALWAYS understaffed. Jot uncommon to wait over 20 minutes in the que. Today as was only 1 person serving. Would be much better with 2 people on during Saturday night.
Ordered on the website, upon arrival was told that the ordering system wasn’t working and that the store manager will call us back. Called store and advised manager isn’t available.
It’s been 3 weeks no contact. Lodged a query online, Jarrad Feather ‘Subway Operations Manager’ offered a refund but has since done nothing.
Went there and ordered 2 BLT's with extra bacon. The girl serving me said the BLT didn't include red onion. I wasn't allowed to have red onion just lettuce and tomato? Walked out and went to different Subway that did allow me to choose my fillings! Very weird and frustrating experience, she must have been new?
Incredibly rude, and painfully slow, lady working there both times we've ordered from here. She didn't read our order properly last time and had a fit when she realised we'd ordered salads instead of subs. She got aggressive and threw, with considerable force and air time, the sub in the bin. We've ordered here twice now and both times this particular lady has been over ten minutes late with our order even though there haven't been more than two other customers in the store both times. Won't be coming back. Hire new staff.
Went in for to buy just a 750ml bottle of Pump water. I stood in front of the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone finally came out (and that was only because they were heating meatballs and the microwave beeped), only for that bottle of water to cost a massive $5.20 (for reference, the exact same product is half that price at Woolworths at $2.60). I put the water back and walked out in disgust.
To the manager (s) - please put a chime on the door or at least a "please ring for service" bell near your register so staff know if someone is waiting.
Their Subs came with good smiles, generous toppings, fresh bread and healthy meals at low price!
